Yami Takashi human as well as animal nature dictates our lust for that which we find attractive. humans are not the only animal that manipulates its own image to look more attractive, and most animals base their matting on some form of attraction based on attractiveness. By nature we subconsciously, rather we wish to have offspring or not look for traits that signal the mate is fertile. large breast and wide hips, as well as a geometric face make up what we see as being attractive. its been even scientifically proven that women can smell an attractive male and a not so attractive male, and she'll say the attractive male smells better. Looks aren't everything, but god dammit if you want something nice why can't it be your wife. Drive a shitty old car, wear non designer clothes that went out of stile 10 years ago, but at least have something pretty in your life. The image of beauty is all a human usually has. when was he last time you heard your friend say he beats off to th newest shots of Britney and the b***h is all bloated and greasy looking? are you going beat off to a ugly woman? no i doubt. same with you women. Are you going do the same, or do the same with a ugly guy? no raise your hand if you ever played with yourself thinking about Bush (the president)? what about bill gates? Rosanne, Rossie O'Donnel, The golden girls as they are now not what they were 30-40 years ago. That betty white once had a smoking body i hear, she even appeared on adult poker cards. if any of you have ever gotten some kind of jolly out of thinking or looking at ugly or non attrative people then speak up. I'm making the point that looks are a key point when it coems ot a relationship. I don't care how good the personality is or even her looks, if a woman comes to me with greasy looking skin, a bad odor, and teeth that say i can shred pavement, then i don't want them. a girl could look like Britney's sister but if she got some personal problem i don't want near them. You're assuming all people are like you, they are not, and scientific studies say many things and some are debunked later on down the line... Humans are far different from any animal. Humans, find beauty in anything and no two humans find all the same things beautiful. Animals, on the other hand, have programmed into them to find beauty in only certain things. Its more of a survival instinct then anything when it comes to animals. Also, plz don't use the LORD's name in vain... and must you use such crude language when trying to make your point? We're all adults here no need for such immature grammar... Good hygiene and a as you say 'smoking body' are two different things... Actually it WAS that pic...except they were naked, with their private parts, just BARELY blacked out. It was VERY sexual, and with Sasami looking a lot like a child, and she IS one since most of that was SUSPENDED ANIMATION an stuff...
I mean it's just one picture...and it's better safe then sorry. I just didn't think we should RISK THE GUILD for a picture! Are YOU going to pay for a new Guild if this one gets shut down? stare

We are just animals who have taught ourselves a few tricks to survive the easiest way possible. Yeah people have different tastes but so do animals. My cat is black but she liked cats with lots of white on them, and turns her nose up at grey and other black cats. Our survival instinct is to go with the shortest and easiest way to our goal. if your goal is a decent woman with a good personality, then that is your way of surviving but my way is to make sure i get something good that will be worth the investment. Also who cares if i said a word in English that just happens to mean the creature in our culture. It's just a word, and saying god dammit is not taking the lords name in vein. Saying damn god is, but not asking god to damn something. you dislike me asking god to damn something when I preach? The bible is always saying damn. I had my great dane for 9 years half my life, and even after he bit me scaring me for life, and became cold in his old age, showing his age in the grey of his muzzle i still never stopped caring about him right up till the end. When i went to college i knew i would most likely never see my dog again. the last time i saw him was July 06 and in October 06 he was dead. he might have died, and returned to the earth but i still have dreams where he is alive and well. People's looks fades, but you grow to like the changes. if something happens gradually you don't even notice half the time. I might chose a good looking woman, and i acknowledge she will age and lose her youthful beauty but i'm not going just ditched her if that what you're implying in any way. If i love something i don't care if it has a little age. I mind a little dust being on it and i will clean it, but it is still mine. I don't like to give up my things. One day we all will be old if nothing kills us before our time, and we will all have wrinkles but that doesn't mean that we're going stop loving ourselves or what ever grew old with us. When i make a commitment i like to see it through, hell i'd still have my pokemon cards if they weren't stolen. That is why i like to get the best deal possible so the commitment is a easy thing. I would have objection to you deleting the new one though but that because it is way under a R rating and at pg13 or lower. Hell Yughioh has more sexual themes then that picture. Yugi always wearing the leather collar and dressing like a emo leather queen. and have you seen some of the monsters before 4kid's editing. also i go by calendar age. Also yes i would pay for a new guild. I love this guild and its a great place. I admit i might try and make myself a guild so i had mod powers, but I'd still make sure to put the people who matter into power like you reiyoko and kagato and the other mods i don't' know off the top of my head. Also i'd make tenchi and chibi a mod because I've known them for a long time and everyone else are strangers to me.

As for the rest, I'm so tempted to say "tl;dr"...but I skimmed it all...and it is true that, by evolutionary standards, physical attractiveness does play a primary role...
But a lot of more recent scientific studies have been pointing out that evolutionary instincts can become dulled, or outright overridden, when survival of the species is no longer an issue. With billions of people on the earth, it is no longer a matter of survival, so the traditional impulses are fading...it is historically accurate that whenever a civilization prospers, such practices as homosexuality and other non-reproductive practices flourish. It is not difficult to see how, in such circumstances, the time honored impulse of physical beauty being primary kinda falls to the wayside a bit, and things such as personality become increasingly important. Now, this is not to say that physical beauty is no longer important...just that it has a bit of competition...

Or how about oh I dunno....GIVING HIS ONLY SON TO BE TORTURED...his PERFECT DID NOTHING WRONG SON....just for us creatures that KEEP DOING WRONG. He gets TORTURED TO DEATH for OUR sakes and God is MEAN?! WTF?! Would YOU give up your baby just so that people could have the CHANCE to get saved? Not even that everyone WOULD be...just that they COULD be?!
Furthermore...what about places like Soddom and Ghemora...places where they said "Hey you know what would be a good idea? Taking our daughters to get ******** by animals for their first time!" but they would have been saved for 10 righteous people....under 5%. An that was after GOD LET HIMSELF GET TALKED DOWN. I mean if I was God I would have burnt them to the ground long before then.
Or how about Sampson? After Sampson defies God, who told him NOT to cut his hair. For some woman who KEPT TRYING TO CUT HIS HAIR TO MAKE HIM WEAK....he helped Sampson out. Sampson was like "Yeah God I told my kryptonite to this woman...and now I'm blind and tied to these pillars. Can you give me strength one last time so I can kill these ********?"
