As of now, nothing, I'm still setting up and gathering layouts.
But my squad is charity base, so I'll have people for different booty retrieving tasks. Some will booty grab, some will do odd jobs like becoming hired bumper's, others may choose to zomg.
Each crew member is giving a monthly salary for their services, while the gold they collect goes into the treasury to be used for the guild, donations for the members, ect.

Non, please remember that all of this will be better explained once we start working. For example:
Say your a hired bumper, most bumpers get paid per bump, so if you land a job that pays your 5g for each bump and you do 100 bumps that's 5k. When the job is finish and you receive your loot, you'll send me a trade and I'll mark you off as finished with your job. That money is then sent to the Charities' mule for safe keeping. Your monthly salary is a set rate that me and the Guild owner will come up with. Be sure that it will be a fair price as we wish to accommodate you for your labor. At the beginning of each month we will set a goal that we hope to reach by the end of the month, this will most likely start out small, like 50k. Once the end of the month comes, the Charity crew (that's everyone that helped raise the money) well them vote on how its distributed throughout the guild.

Non, you send the trade to me. I've tired the whole send it to the mule thing in the pass with giveaways, and its honestly easier if people just send them to my main account. But that may change.
