You know, since izanagi been released, i have found several awesome uses for it.
My favorite is my 'Eye for an Eye' combo.
One eye blind jutsu-
With a few quick hand signs the clan member can make one eye of their opponent blind for a short amount of time (Ten of opponents posts) This genjutsu is highly underestimated because it only effects one eye, but its true power is that it gives the user a blind spot on one side and also messes with their depth perception making landing blows harder.

Now, say your opponent has EMS, then he's just lost his ultimate eyes, while you still have one sharingan eye.

Basically, fenrir is fighting at the palace against the hokage while still fightning the mizukage, with the palace fight being based on if he wins against the mizukage.

Pretty much, but if he loses and dies (not that he will thanks to that 'invincible for 12 posts so i can run away' jutsu of his) then hanzo survives, and the fight at the palace becomes void.

Nova, I think you have the wrong idea about izanagi, and no technique can make you instantly invincible for twelve posts. So what is that?

@fen: Izanagi makes you like god for one post. You're attacks always hit, and nothing affects you not even the death god jutsu.
Shadow clones couldn't use it because when it dissolves you also lose an eye.
EDIT- and i think hes talking about the lightning dragon fusion.
