I messed up on my Grade 4 flute exam this morning >___________>;;

I wouldn't be surprised if I failed~

I didn't take the bus into town...instead I walked there...took me 30 mins D=
I didn't even know how to get to town from the exam area.
I just follwed the signs and look for familiar street/road names xd

Gah my legs are killing me...I spent 6 hours walking today...

The extra 5 hours and 30 mins came from walking around town with my friend...while she was looking for manga and presents to buy @.@;;;

And joy, I bought the Battle Royale volume 1 manga for 20% off...skimmed through the pictures and they out me off already burning_eyes

I didn't get one of the scales correct - was so nervous that I forgot the flats and sharps in that scale

Messed up tune on musicianship - forgot the rest of tune

If it's only a small bit in the pieces it should be okay.. wait, what board are you doing? Not ABRSM, I take it, since you have to do 3 pieces and scales and sight-reading and aural for ABRSM and there's nothing called 'musicianship'.. are you taking Guildhall or Trinity or something? Anyway, scales - just one scale going wrong is fiine (or at least I hope so.. I screwed up one completely as well), don't worry about it. And as for 'musicianship' - I guess it's something like aural - it's okay, no one is very good at that kind of thing. -nodnod- Just calm down and see what happens.. 3nodding

Don't worry Sapphire. I'm sure you'll pass. The examiners at 4th grade level should be forgiving of a few little mistakes. It's not like you commited some grievous music sins. Unlike what I did in eighth grade piano...
God I shudder to remember that horrible time in my life when I was sitting of my grade 8 piano exams. I got distracted by Gaia and schoolwork, so I couldn't concentrate fully on practising. I sat the 8th grade exam twice...and failed. gonk I made so many major errors both times I that I'm not sure how I even got up to eighth grade with such level of skill. Certainly two years since I last sat a piano exam I have not touched a piano since and obviously my skill level has deteriorated down to 2nd grade. sweatdrop gonk
