WHAT'S THIS THING ABOUT A TWO-MONTH COOLDOWN?Once you obtain a character, you must wait
TWO IRL MONTHS before you can win or obtain another character. The time the cool-down starts is when you create your character's enrollment thread and post them for enrollment in this thread.
Please keep in mind that if your enrollment thread is incomplete (ie missing a
Fear attack, a personality, eye color, etc), the staff of TiH hold every right to reject your enrollment. When your enrollment is rejected, your cool down time is
reset until you fix your enrollment thread and repost your character for enrollment.
Please note that characters from
auctions, bribes, and IRL commissions are
EXCLUDED from this cool down. In addition, the maximum number of characters one person can have at any time is
six, however upon hitting the final stage you free up a slot.
For example, let's say I RP Bob, Sue, and Dennis. Bob is a Y2 student, Sue is a first stage horsemen, and Dennis is a Y3 hunter. While I RP three characters, I can get FOUR more because Dennis is at his final stage.
In regards to
newbies when we mean one character or less, we mean one character in the history of the shop. If you have five characters and four of them are at their maximum stage, you do not qualify as a newbie.
