lucifer decides to go buy lumber from the shiping yard and makes a training station in the outskirts of the island were nobody goes becouse it is to hot .

Owen is a foreign exchange student from America and doesn't understand the local dialect that well, which is why he is taking a class in it.
Owen arrives on campus via the campus private train, dressed in casual clothes. Eyeing a pice of paper he reads off what seems to be a list.
"1. Go get uniform
2. Find Dorm
3. Get Schedule
4. Meet People" Owen begins to walk around campus aimlessly, almost like a tourist.
