Kimimaru also whipped around to hear slurred language he didn't understand. "I heard it to, c'mon, let's go investigate." Kimimaru turned his charka don low so not to be spotted during the eavsdropping. He popped an eye out of the bush to spy on Sojiroi and the demon. "What the hell ?" He said to himself, staring in awe.

Sojiro stood there for a minute, unsure of what to do. The coffin wasn't opening by themselves, like usual. Wait... Who did Zetshimo use for Reanimation again? Bah, as long as wasn't akatsuki or kanoha ninja, he didn't care.

Sojiro knocked on the coffin a few times.

Sojiro gasped as the door began to slide open, then shot past him. Sojiro turned back to the shadowy glow of a white glove, grabbing the outside rim of the coffin for support.

A wide grin spread out on his face, the Bount emerged, yellow eyes blazing with intensity.

Sojiro took his akatsuki hat off and bowed.

"Welcome to Kanoha, Elder Bount, Xehanort."

The elder said nothing, just standing there, smiling. Xehanort reached his hand out, and grabbed the book out of sojiro's hands, and flipped through a couple of pages.

"You wish to open it? The door to kingdom hearts?"

Sojiro was taken aback by his raspy voice, but resolved himself.

"Y-yes, I do. Now, these creatures. The nobodies and heartless. They'll... obey me, right?"

The old man closed his eyes, nodding.

"Just don't let the darkness consume you... and you'll be fine."

The man held the book close to him, and it turned into an orb of purple fire. He held it up over his head, and it shot into the cloudy sky. As he did, the clouds fled from the area where the blast occurred.

There it was. Kingdom Hearts...

Rekai stared, completely speechless, at the scene occurring before them. He hadn't the faintest idea what was happening, and although it looked spectacular, there was nothing but the empty feeling of darkness radiating from this 'Kingdom Hearts door'. Sukai and Kuroi had the same impression, though while Sukai could contain herself, Kuroi was young and wanted to act. He sped off towards Sojiro, cawing like a bat out of hell, and flexed his talons, ready to tear into Sojiro's skin.
"Dammit!" Rekai thought. His hand twitched as his body leaned forward slightly. But then he stopped himself, knowing he'd give away their position if he ran out. He turned to Kimimaru with a questioning look.

Sojiro turned, seeing a mass of feathers heading straight for him, screeching insanely. He snatched his akatsuki hat off his head, and held it up. He would proceed to trap the bird with the hat, in case it kept going.

(Nope, not feeling like godmodding today) mrgreen

The Bount Elder just stared up into the sky, smiling widly, as if taken over by some other force on top of the extreme Triumph that was already acquired..

Kuroi was flying to fast to stop now. He crashed headlong into the straw hat, tumbling around in the angled surfaces while cawing in distress.
Rekai twitched again and gripped a flimsy branch of the bush he was behind. But again, he held himself back, gritting his teeth to help contain himself.

Kimimaru furrowed his brow at the adolecent bird. In a hushed tone he whispered over to Rekai, "Rekai, I'm not sure what to do at this moment. But I have plan. Follow me." Kimimaru jumped into a nearby tree, quietly, he positioned himself to a confortable position, and beckoned at Rekai to come up.

Curious, Rekai silently followed Kimimaru up the tree, glancing back occasionally when he heard a distressed caw from Kuroi. Once he was onn the branch, he readied himself next to his sensei.
"What's your plan?" He whispered.

Sojiro tied the bird up and folded the hat, throwing it to the side.

The elder turned his attention to the leaf shinobi in the distance. His gleeful face showed irritation. He held his hand up at them, cracking his knuckles as he opened his hand.

A large column/blizzard of freezara Ice headed straight for them. As this happened, Kingdom hearts opened up, and little black dots began to appear in the sky. They dropped down all over the field, fidgeting and staring around with their big yellow eyes.

"Heartless."

Sojiro said, his eyes wide with amazement.

((Ack! No way, we ain't dead yet. This guild just needs to hang in there a little longer.))

Rekai pushed himself off the tree branch before the mass of ice made contact with the tree, leaving a large patch of frozen bark where he once stood. He tumbled on the ground with a rough landing, and after picking himself up slowly the shadowy creatures scattering the forest caught his attention.
"What the..." he muttered.

Sitting in the shadows of the trees was the same man who had confronted Rekai at the academy earlier that day. As he watched the sun slowly set and bring about an warm haze to the sky, his body seem to flicker, going somewhat transparent. Glancing down at his slightly transperant arms he knew he couldn't approach Rekai like this. Doing so might scare the boy. It was, after all, not a normal sight to behold. But still he waited. Scared or not, the boy had to know what he knew. There would be dire consequences otherwise.

Sukai and Kuroi, perched on Rekai's shoulders, huddled close to his neck as he hesitantly stepped through the forest. There was a slight sense of foreboding in the air and all three of them were on edge. They hadn't been walking for long, but the man from earlier was no where in sight. But then again, Rekai hadn't expected to find him so quickly. The forest was huge, and the man didn't specify where in the forest. For all Rekai knew, he could be here 'til late into night looking for the man.

Turning his head, he saw the boy gradually making his way through the thick trees and bushes. He took one last glance at his arms and thankfully saw them apearing solid again.
Now or never, he thought and slid out of the shadows, appraoching Rekai.
"So you came," this was more of a greeting than a statement. He folded his arms and awaited Rekai's response.
