Wii-h8rs are not cool. You only bought two games for it, and you judge.
I'll give you a list of Wii exclusives (some still yet to be released) worth keeping the system for that you now passed up on.

Brawl (naturally)
House of the Dead 2 and 3
Mario Kart Wii
Wii Sports
Zelda: Twilight Princess
Super Mario Galaxy
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
No More Heroes
Super Paper Mario
Pokemon Battle Revolution (debatable)
Geometry Wars

Just to name a few.

Brawl- Not the best game out there. Only good for fulfilling fantasies of using characters such as Mario and Link to fight.
HOTD 2&3- Unless they're adding extra content, and more to the story, or remaking them all together, you can waste maybe $4 at an arcade. Better than $30-$50.
Mario Kart- The Original is the best.
Wii Sports- Why play a game about sports, when you could being doing the real thing?
Super Mario Galaxy- Mario was way better back on the... NES and SNES. Hell, even on the N64, but from there on, Mario went to hell.
Metroid Prime 3: Well, can't say anything about that.
No More Heroes- Sounds interesting.
Super Paper Mario- What the ********? A sequel thing!? That was a waste of money back then and it still is.
Pokemon Battle Revolution- Is that like the old Pokemon Stadium? If so, the old is better.
Geometry Wars- Why dish out money for it, when if you have a 360, you can get it for like $8.

So... What you're suggesting is that I buy all those games that I'm not interested in, spend... Possibly $300 on them... Then find out that I don't like them, which I already have answers for:

Brawl - Probably good, but definitely as overrated as Halo 3.
House of the Dead 2 and 3 - If Umbrella Chronicles got boring, why wouldn't this?
Mario Kart Wii - Don't play racing games.
Wii Sports - Got stale.
Zelda: Twilight Princess - Couldn't get into it.
Super Mario Galaxy - Pretty game, but I don't play platformers anymore. If I can't bring myself to buy Ratchet and Clank for PS3, then Mario Galaxy is definitely out.
Metroid Prime 3: Corruption - Don't play First Person Shooters.
No More Heroes - The one game I think would be interesting.
Super Paper Mario - Never got into the paper games.
Pokemon Battle Revolution (debatable) - Pokemon hasn't been good since Gold. Hasn't been Great since Red/Blue.
Geometry Wars - Possibly something good or people with ADD, what with the flashing colors. But if I can focus on games like Metal Gear Solid, then clearly, I don't have ADD.

So I dish out $300 for them, be disappointed, then trade them in at EB games for... What? $70 max? That would be just stupid.

Look, point is, I went to EB games many times since I got my Wii, and it alway came down to, "What do I want more? This Wii game, or this PS3 game?" "This Wii game or this PSP game?" etc. And the Wii hasn't won once.

In fact, the only reason I'd keep my Wii, is for Zelda Ocarina of Time, that I downloaded for it. But that's like saying, I paid $270 just so that I can play Ocarina of Time, and as great as it is, I'm not made of money.

Point is, I BOUGHT it, and I DID buy and play three games for it. And I lost interest. So why should it just sit there collecting dust, when I can sell it to my friend for $270 with all the games. Sure, I'm already losing a lot of profit on it, but that's $270 that I can spend on more PS3 and PSP games, among other things like Blu-Ray movies, and CDs which I do pay for unlike the rest of the world.

Right now, I'm weighing my options, and that $270 is looking a hell of a lot better than my Wii.

I'm not very proud of this, in retrospect, but the only reason I bought the Wii was for Umbrella Chronicles. I figured, "I'll find something else for it. I'm sure there's tons of great games." But all the great games for it are first party. And I'm just not as interested in Mario or Pokemon as I used to be. I don't mean to say that they're kiddy, but I've grown out of them.
So, since I'm over Umbrella Chronicles, and as far as I'm concerned, I don't bother considering it canon (because Sergei is a douche, and they screwed up on many other things.) Fact is, buying UC was a rushed decision, and I regret it. And if I regret buying the one game that I bought the console for, then I think that takes the point home, no?

And don't you dare call me a hater. I bought a Wii. I gave it a god honest chance. And I was disappointed. So until you buy a PS3 and try its exclusives, don't you dare call me a hater, Canas.

I have to agree. I got the Gamecube for 0 and Remake. And i've been meaning to get more games for it. but i never find something interesting. I always prefer games for my PS2.

I bought a Gamecube for Remake and 0 as well... and ended up getting Eternal Darkness, which is an amazing game. I'm totally fine with having 3 or 4 games for a system. But keep in mind I certainly did not pay top dollar for my GC.

But through and through, I'm a Playstation girl.

Fair enough. But I never said I was a PS3-hater, either, so don't accuse me. I never said I wouldn't try it out! gonk My three cousins have one and they're obsessed with me, so I doubt I wouldn't get a chance. Now they're religious, so the games they buy might be a little safer than what I want... what am I talking about? I ripped through Co-op campaign with my uncle in Resistance. o_o;

Besides, the Wii is gonna be put to much better use by my friend who's a Zelda and Metroid fanboy extraordinaire. And he lives in a small town, so he can't find one in stores.

*sigh* You guys do NOT want to get me started on how excellent the Wii actually is. While some of you have justified your claims, the rest are just acting like NOOBS.

PS: And before you start thinking I'm a fangirl, I find joy on all three systems; though I prefer the PS2 still over the PS3 at this point.

I can say the same thing about the PS3, though. In fact, I bet you there's a higher rate of noobish PS3 haters, than noobish Wii haters.

Well, let's see, most XBox owners hate the PS3 with a burning passion because it doesn't have....you guessed it...the stupidest game in the world, Halo.

Yeah, but see, that's so hypocritical. I mean, the Wii doesn't have Halo, but the Xbots don't say anything about it. Or if they do, like I said, it's on a much smaller scale than the PS3 haters.

Nothing's really got me hooked for the PS3 yet, in all honesty. Maybe Heavenly Sword, but that's about it. I think it's just a matter of waiting for more games to come out on it, ya know?

Have you played Uncharted?

I have all three, and I think that really helps me have a more balanced opinion. I don't really prefer one over the others, but I'm probably more likely to play the 360 because I can play online with my friends and it's right there in my room. But overall, I like them all equally.

I also enjoy Halo, which seems to be a bad thing.
