I remember pickles being a codeword in the McDonalds I worked in for a time. There was no "no ice" option for a drink, so a drink plus pickles was understood to mean no ice.

I'm in a few roleplays where we do that, basically someone gets the lucky job of reading through a bunch of old rp pages and writing a summary of what happened. it's very useful, but very boring and tedious.
