Me and my mom want my bro and sis to stop being afraid of dogs, they were only barked at by one and suddenly grew a fear towards them, they never been bitten or that I don't if they have but they start screaming and crying just seeing one then run away -.-'

My sis said my bro was chased by one but I don't know to believe her or not, I mean I seen dogs around here they are mostly on their leashes so... what? XD
My sis is little so it barking at her loudly seem to have scared her but dogs always bark at children it means they like them doesn't it? XD

Sometimes dogs will bark at people(counting kids too) they don't know,but there are dogs that friendly bark when they see strangers.Depending on how they feel about you at first sight.:3
