Yes medics are the only ones allowed. I think another class can but I forgot which one if there was one and if there was it was only a limited amount.

so basically what Hanzo did against Zeramaru is not valid?
He used a barrier jutsu.
Dont worry on doing the whole this crap did not happen I dont mind and neither does the rest of us... I'll just tell Dark he cant do those kinds of jutsus.
I dont think he is following our class system yet.

Yea med nin are the only ones allowed to use sealing jutsu though I think that at least ninjutsu class should be allowed to use at least a limited amount since Jaraiya used sealing jutsu, and several other ninja in the show used sealing jutsu and they weren't med ninja. No one get mad at me for making this suggestion please.

You should know we not exactly like the show. I like having sealing just for medical since they have very few offensive, so i give them a very good defensive...unless we can get someone to find those Dark Medical moves used in the 4th movie I think

Ok.
I was thinking that since we have a mangekyo sharingan system for blindness I think we should put in a system of how much chakra it uses that goes hand in hand with the chakra system. Since I want to make it as simple as possible here is what I suggest.
Every post regular sharingan is active it takes away an academy level jutsu. For every post either regular mangekyo sharingan or eternal is active it takes 2 academy level jutsu away from your total. So if one were to have a total of 130 jutsu and have their regular sharingan active for three posts they would be at 127 jutsu.
If you think that can be improved then tell me. It is just an idea.

Yea that is what I was thinking after I made that post. lol Should i make another thread in the crew forum for that to get approved by the whole crew or can I just add it to the system?

actually bb according to charka system...
Using eye bloodlines takes away 1 jutsu from your total as long as it active
