"Just curious..." Michael shrugged. "Seemed odd to me he's the only one to stress it so much."

"...Maybe a way to get back at the Chinese..?"

"So... Where'd you come from?" Jacob asked, tilting his head.  

[Zahzi]

"A joke at an easy solution to overpopulation...And a poke at how they won't have as many cats and dogs to eat."

Sayuri nodded her greeting to the others. "Technically Nagasaki, Japan...but since my family moved, My new/old home is in Astoria, Oregon..." she answered, half asleep and missing her family a lot, even if her father was always nagging at her to be perfect in everything.

"Nagasaki, huh..?" Jacob asked, considering making some horrible WWII joke, but deciding teasing one's home was a cold move. Even he would have hated it.
"So you're Japanese, yes?"

"...I don't find the humor in that..." Michael said, staring back at Brad.

"Well, if you're someone who pokes fun at everyone, you'd understand...Ever wonder why you never see any Chinese Vets..?"

"Yes..." Sayuri nodded in agreement. Man does whats his name ask a lot of questions....wait...wasn't he like Jack or something?.....Oh yeah! Jacob was his name....

"Jacob, for once can you try to not pester someone?" Rune asked looking at him dully. "Not everyone likes questions as much as you, it's really annoying."

"If I am bothering you though, I will stop. I just wanted to know you a bit better.."

"I dont really mind the questions.....kinda used to it...." Sayuri said to Rune. Obviously that crazy mopey guy is a downer.....thsi might be interesting if I get close enough to him.....note to self....If I get close enough, do not hurt him so badly that he gets killed....

"So how long have you lived in America?"

Rune didn't answer her. He yawned and curled up on the floor. "When's Michael coming with lunch?"

"Not very long...Just about three days..." Sayuri answered.

"I'm sorry to hear that..." Jacob sighed heavily.

Michael then groaned, sitting up from the couch in the lounge.
"Brad, wanna help getting the kids some lunch again..?"
