A guy's sweet sixteen is: 1. Woot! I got a car so I can drive my girlfriend around! 2. Don't have to ride the bus anymore! 3. I can get a good job! (a while later I hate my job) 4. I'm no longer a Freshman!

I don't know...."Time to learn to drive" year?? blaugh maybe for most guys... okay. I've thought it over and i think it's along the lines of 1) yay got my car so i don't need to ride the bus that smells like glue. 2) omg 16!!! Now i can make fun of the freshman. 3) 16!! My parents aren't the boss of me anymore. 4) Omg!! 16!! I'm going through the last couple stages of puberty and my girlfriend isn't taller than me anymore!!! (I made that one up lol) 5)(or this is my fav one) 16!! *shudder* one year closer to looking like my parents. one year closer to going six feet under, and one year closer to having to move out and get a job!!! NOOOOOOO!!!! lol rofl anyways i've been going to school and notice how all these adolescent girls go all weird when they turn 15 and 16 and ... well... I get afraid... very afraid... it's just sorta creepy for me. eek @sansugui: if you hate your job a great motivation is the paycheck at the end of the month. xd

In england we don't really have sweet sixteen IMO. The only thing you can do when you turn 16 here is legally buy cigarettes. You can drive when you're 17. And no purchasing alcohol or porno til you're 18. Or clubbing either.
