[RAID] Final Frontier

Tama didn't have any defensive moves, but it didn't stop him from releasing the rest of his Pokemon. He continued to eye the vents, but also watched for any other sound.

At the voice, he sure didn't know who it was, but Tiamat didn't like the sound. She thrashed her tail, roaring. "Tiamat... settle." At the command, she snorted fire, but settled, still remaining close

Room S and toward T

The 'dex beeped, as Tambrey was nodding a little...
Okay, that made some sense, maybe?

She then read the message and her eyes widened.
"You stay put!" She told Daniel, uselessly, and bolted for where the others had gone, assuming that Faleen would either come with, or guard Daniel; she didn't mind which.

It was kind of what she expected in all honesty, new boss rising and it causing problems. Though it was hard for her to believe that Tethys would let things get like this.
Though it was the comment about Tethys and the possibility of her being next door.
"why do you say that? Tethys didn't leave?" She asked abruptly.

Aulus had just replied to Claire with; 'Y' when he heard the voice.

The voice.

Real terror struck him in the chest dug its claws into him. Eyes widening and breath coming quick and shallow Aulus dropped into a defensive stance with his weapon at the ready, eyes darting around for any sign of movement and also to check where Alex was.

She was here.

Alex was here.

She was going to-

No!

This time things were going to be different... had to be different. He wasn't going to- he couldn't fail again. Not again, not back to that cell and oh Gods it was full of corpses now. She would put them in there, he had no doubt of that at all... but she would have to take them down first and he planned to die before he let that happen to Alex.

“I had so very hope she wasn’t here,” Lex whispered and shifted slightly, nervous. They were all Rockets, but he was ex-galactic. Which ended him in double s**t. He shook his head. “Glit has Safeguard and that is merely good against status moves.” It protected the team merely then just the user but it wouldn’t send back any physical attacks.

He pulled out his dex, typing ‘Tethys is onboard’ and sent it to all.

"Oh yeah no problem," Daniel replied to Tambrey. "I'll be here. Sitting on my own foot. Super uncomfortable, by the way."

"Well," he said, addressing Faleen's question, "Tethys, uh, left. A lot of people left. Some came back. Some left again. Cloaking doesn't work anymore, so, uh, there's not much keeping the place hidden. If she wanted to come back, no one could really stop her."

There were things.. he should do, things like-- protect, say-- stay silent, stay-- you know nothing nothing nothing they're hurting-! No!

The elite had flattened himself against the wall, eyes gone unfocused, breathing -- because even if he'd forgotten, his body hadn't -- shallowly, suddenly feeling very, very cold. His gaze darted to Aulus, as Alphard patted his arm again in distress.

'Hayes?'

Not being able to see her meant nothing.

"Don't-- tell her anything," he managed to his team.

That certainly wasn't good news. Before Faleen had time to say anything else, her dex went off with a new message, when she looked she was that it was not just from Aulus, but from Lex, confirming that Tethys was there, and they were locked in the training room.
The second Faleen moved to rush out of the room with Tambrey, her pokemon on her heels.

(Room S to Door T)

"Look like it was something to be cautious about after all" Faleen said sternly to Tambrey as she tried to open the doors roughly.

On dex to group
"we're outside, trying to open the doors, but step away from them in we have to bust them down."

Training lobby

A different, third voice spoke up this time, its tones feminine, self-satisfied, and familiar to Aulus if he could remember the women and their voices from the previous mission, "I hope you're pleased with the life you've lived up to this point." There was silence for only a moment or two as, after the woman finished speaking, a man's agonized, almost inhuman scream pierced the silence and echoed shrilly through both the training lobby and the hallway outside.

The door remained firmly shut and locked.

'Locked in' didn't sound good... Nor did the next message that came through the 'dex.
Well... /This time/ maybe Ella could break the door...
It was worth a shot?

"Definitely but let's just get in there..." She muttered urgently, in reply to Faleen.

'Gonna send Ella at the door, stand back!' She typed out into the 'dex, in reply to the latest message, then called her Lairon out and pointed.

"Take Down! I know it didn't work last time, but please, try again, okay? It's very important..."

Ella snorted, eyed the door ahead warily, and charged.

Feeling oddly suspended in time Aulus held a shaking hand up to the others in a frantic quelling motion- she hadn't been talking to them! Maybe, just maybe she didn't know they were here. Aulus backed up until he was standing directly in front of Alex, keeping his eyes moving around the room. If she didn't know they were there, maybe there was time to get out before she found them. Could the others outside get the door open? Should they move forward? He didn't know, any choice could be the wrong choice, could get them caught!

They needed to think. Lex did not want to be trapped in a little box of a place when Tethys got done with the guy that locked him in there. Before she knew about them. He licked his lips in thoughts. “Could we go through the vents?” He questioned.

At Tambrey's suggestion Faleen moved back next to the Agent, waiting while she sent out her steel type was sent out to take the door down.
Both her pokemon crouching.

With his master's... agitation and distraction rather obvious Char took charge of the rest of his team, gesturing for Phaethon to stand on one side and Discord on the other as he took up the point position personally. If anything wanted to harm his master, or anyone in here in fact, it was his sworn duty to stop them and he did not intend to fail in that duty.

Kailee could feel her heart thrumming in her throat. All their training had been for this. So she could support and protect her team. The scream made her stomach churn. But then she was moving away from the door.

She was hugging herself trying not to panic. She had dealt with the bodies... She had dealt with the dark... She wasnt dealing with being locked up well.She saw Aulus moving and then the hand and she nodded. But the pokemon trying to get through would surely draw attention.

She glanced to Lex and then to Aulus about the Vent question. He had three in experienced grunts to work with... Yeah... this wouldnt be good. Please let them come in.

Kailee's pokemon were pulling to her. Her largets, brimstone standing firmly between her and the voices.
