 This is basically how every day goes for me with my boys.
Except they're not quiet about "paranormal investigation." The beau and I have decided the ghosts must be flashing the cats or something to make them yowl at nothing the way they do.

And avocado oil is a good sub for olive oil or butter!
(Which is a good thing to know if you happen to have a friend who is allergic to olives, and someone else who can't have dairy.)
Coconut oil is also a good substitute for dairy/eggs in most baking applications, though this is less helpful if you happen to be unable to consume coconut products...
(If your recipe requires a solid fat, though, definitely avoid any oil but coconut! Coconut only works because it's semi-solid at room temperature, but trying to use any other liquid fat instead of butter for, say, pie dough will result in disaster.)
And if you're subbing in honey for sugar (or agave nectar or any other liquid sweetener), remember to adjust you wet-dry ingredient ratio accordingly!

My cats haven't been trying to eat my plants as much since all my herbs but my peppermint died off, but I think they would still agree with these plant names.
