"Yes i suppose we should," She smiled and didn't dare look at him directly. She didn't know exactly why but she felt that if she did she would simply turn red in the face.

Nicholas wondered why Scarlet did not look at him directly in the eyes but he shrugged it off. He followed behind Scarlet quietly.

"Ah Nicholas, did you find out where we are?" She asked not only wanting to know but to break the silence.

"An uncharted island in the middle of the North Atlantic sea, as I was told. It seems as if we have traveled quite far. We are quite near France though," Nicholas was glad that Scarlet had initiated the conversation. Everything felt to awkward to him.

Scarlet nodded as she sat down next to him. She picked at the food that was given to her and watched everyone else eat.

Nicholas watched her highness intently and finally voiced the thing that had nagged him since morning.
"Is there something bothering you, your highness?" he asked.

"N-No nothing at all," she said. She put the fork in her mouth but it had no food on it. She was more likely avoding the subject.

"Alright then," Nicholas said and he resumed eating. He wouldn't bother her more if she refused to tell.
And by not bothering her, his own insecurities attacked him. The questions from last night came back to him in full force. Both were quiet.

What do i do? what do i do? She thought to herself while trying to stay calm. She grew nervous just by the very thought of him. What was this feeling?

Nicholas felt himself slowly losing his ind and he needed to get away.
"Something wrong with both of ya? Yer quite, too quiet," Jack asked them. Nicholas just shook his head and resumed eating. He didn't trust his mouth. Anna glared from the opposite side of the table.

Scarlet sighed and her eyes wondered around until it stopped at Anna. She smiled at her this time meaning it. She had no reason in being crule to her or anything.
