"Wha-" Julian stopped when he felt the hardness in his hands and looked down to confirm his suspicions. He blushed at the sight, though he was secretly hoping for this to happen - hence why he asked Daniel to stay over. "Okay. Uh, are your parents back yet?" he asked while looking up at his boyfriend.

"Probably not," he replied, forcing himself to look back at Julian. "Mom's worried, so he's probably not going to leave the hospital until Dad does. W-why?" Although, Daniel was pretty sure he knew why.

"Why else, you idiot?" Julian scowled and flicked the area between Daniel's eyes. "I'd rather take that chance than having my parents walk in on us." he said, shivering at the thought. Taking the blonde's hand in his, he got up and started tugging him to the other house not too far away.

Daniel followed after his longtime-best friend, steps lumbering but not as slow as they could be. "Don't have to ask me twice," he stated once they were inside the house, shutting the heavy wooden door and looking down at their conjoined hands. It finally hit him how close they were in height and size. "Julian, you like how we do things, right?"

"Huh?" Julian quirked an eyebrow and looked over his shoulder at his old friend. "What's that supposed to mean?"

Still laughing, Julian walked over to Daniel and flicked his nose. "Of course I like it, stupid. I mean, I, er, c-m, don't I?" he asked, blushing at the last statement.
