Well, I think the answer to this one partially depends on whether or not you consider Chinchou's lightbulb-shaped tails as tails, or as antennae. *holds up her plastic Chinchou toy* They are tails, and it does fit in nicely with Chinchou and Lanturn being the Pokémon equivalent of angler fish.

Now, if you don't agree that Chinchou's tails are tails, you're probably thinking about the Pokémon-roadkill-shaped tail of Wobbuffet and Wynaut. mrgreen
