Aww... There are plenty of young men out there who haven't had a girlfriend yet... and believe me, there's no need to rush things. Pick and choose your significant others wisely.

I find it somewhat amusing that I made almost that same statement earlier, yet I was ignored... >.>

And yea, rushing things are almost always bad. Yes, but unfortunately, it's not until you have one serious relationship, and a breakup, that you start really appreciating the single life. Sure, it's all heart break at first, but after you get over it, it is SO liberating. Don't get me wrong, love and all that is great, but still. First love is never true love, and sure, you love the person, and that's half the problem, because you don't realize how miserable you're making each other. Now, this is my opinion, but if you're gonna marry your first love, it would be good if there was a breakup, before coming to that decision. Hell, I myself thought I'd marry my first love, and if we were happy together for 3 years, we'd be happy together forever. But looking back on it now... The way I was back then... I am SO not proud of myself. I mean, you know, no regrets, I regret nothing in my life, everything is a learning lesson. And thank God for that, because if I was now, the way I was 3 years ago... I would hope NotteRequiem, or one of my other good friends would have the common sense to put a bullet to my head. And those are the wise words of Biohazard EXTREME on the subject of love.

Kaworu, I was talking to both of you, silly boys.
Bio's right. If he was the same way he was I would have slapped some sense into him.
You know... sometimes I'm thankful that I'm not what the mainstream considers "attractive". Take the party I went to the other night. It was after my good friends recital, and we went back to her dorm for a few drinks and some scrabble (weird tradition, I know). When we got there, there were these sketchy guys who were hitting on all the "pretty" girls in my group. They were all uncomfortable until they left, and I just had a good time.
My point is, Vankala, that waiting may sound like a real bummer, but in the end, it filters out all the jerks and bozos that you could meet. And remember this too: Everyone you meet in life puts you on the path to whom you're going to spend the rest of your life with.

She forgot one thing. While you're waiting, enjoy the most of it. Go to male strip clubs! >:3

Bio, you're hillarious.
I won't go to a male strip club because the dancers are so ego-centric, it isn't even enjoyable. Besides, most of them would rather flirt with themselves, and where is the fun in that?

Well, I'd be the one having the fun. Because I'd go in the back room, and pay one of them to put his johnson into a hot dog bun, and serve it to you, trying to pass it off as a hot dog. XD

NotteRequiem My point is, Vankala, that waiting may sound like a real bummer, but in the end, it filters out all the jerks and bozos that you could meet. And remember this too: Everyone you meet in life puts you on the path to whom you're going to spend the rest of your life with. Well, my mom says that i'll find that person when i least expect it. I really she (and everyone else who has been giving me advice these past 2 weeks or so) is right. I've always been afraid of ending up alone. That's always been my greatest fear.
Yea, I"m far from what society thinks of "attractive". I don't get hit on that much which is probably the only upside to that for me.

Unless their is an explosion of sorts, or a sniper gets two people in the head with one shot. Then they die together. Or two people commit suicide at the same time.

And plus thinking of it that way makes it sound so pessimistic.
