Burnt nodded and charged at the dog. Xander, I also want you to try and get between her and the Houndoom ok? Xander quickly nodded and bolted forward when Burnt finished her attack, cutting off any chance for the Houndoom to attack her.

As robert got closer, he could see the scene more clearly. There was more than just the Luxray. There was a Leafeon and a Vaporeon standing agianst two Houndooms, one of which was already fainted. Robert seemed a bit releived but there was still the pack to worry about. Robert kept silent as he watched the battle, while at the same time keeping an eye on the pack. He would have to warn her about the pack, but he wasn't going to interrupt the battle.

The Houndoom didn't seem to heavily damaged from Burnts attack, but it made it hesitate just long enough for Cronis to order a Thunder Fang from Xander. After the electricity shot through the dog, he crumpled to the ground. Cronis cheered and hugged Xander and Burnt. Murk had recovered from her last attack and went over after she'd finished with the hugs and forced her head under Cronis's hand, realizing she'd done this Cronis scratched her water pokemons head.

"From what I counted when I first came upon the pack, there were fifteen in total, an almost even mix of Houndours and Houndooms, which means there's thirteen left. I managed to distract them for a moment, but I don't think I can take them by myself. Gaden can't directly attack them since they're part dark type, and psychic attacks have no direct effect, and Lotus is my only other pokemon." Robert explained. "I came here to try to find and befriend a fire type pokemon, but this pack is all I've come across so far, and taking one of them would upset the pack and possibly throw the balance into an upset if one of these two are the alphas. Cronis's eyes widened mouthing the word fifteen That's a lot! especially for a Hound pack! But... we just took out two Dooms, leaving three or four left, but that still leaves about six or seven Dours... Eyes glancing back to her pokemon her brain flitted through the different possibilities, one one hand the two had gone down easily, but who would send out their strongest first? She also had her backup, but would she really be willing to risk her weaker pokemons health? If there was only the three to worry about she would go in without hesitation, but with the over additions to the pack there might be something to worry about, though some of them might be to young to fight, and maybe even one of the Houndooms would stay out of the fight to protect the young, but on the other hand they all might be mature and ready to fight with their older pack members. Sighing she couldn't make up her mind, focusing back on her pokemon her eyes hardened.Well guys you think you can handle all of them? Her words were met with a chorus of cries and growling, the sound of her pokemon agreeing with her. Looking back towards the other trainer, she grinned sheepishly You up for it?

Murk you go in first, distract them with a Hydro Pump, Xander I want you to charge up while she's doing that, soon as your finished charging, use Thunder Fang on the strongest looking one. Burnt, I want you to use Razor Leaf sparingly, if you think that it won't draw attention to yourself, use Quick Attack if any come that close to you. Everyone understand? Robert waited patiently for the pack to arrive. "Alright girls, let's wait to see what they do. If they attack us first, then we'll make our move.
