"But be warry. The next Red moon isn't for months. So we must wait in order to capitolize on the full extent of power. In the meantime I do have a favor to ask of the underground Youkai that they cannot refuse." She smiled wide enough to show her fangs.
"I will send Sakuya and Mei Ling to stir up some trouble underground under the guise of investigation. That should give some power for Patchouli to send to the tree. It's not much but it is a start."
Yukari waved her fan a bit more.
"I can easily stir up trouble...or...I could do something else~" She smiled.
"Kaguya does owe me a favor. We could make the moon Red sooner."
Remilia looked at Yukari. "Really? Most interesting."
Marisa smiled. "Think about it short stuff~ If it did, then why am I constantly saving the world and gensokyo over and over? Heck, I even fought you without a scratch by myself remember? Heck, don't dis it til you try it little Judge."

I really don't understand what these people are talking about... but it still makes me nervous. ...It almost sounds like they're talking about some kind of fight breaking out... Rahvine sighed slightly, still rubbing at her tattoo.

Eiki turned a bit red,"How dare you- I do not approve of sins. I judge sins,and if you are to sin you are to go to hell. Rahvine looked over at Keine. "Yes. Of course I do." said Rahvine nodding once. I'm not like Zero or the rest of you where I just hop around from world to world to dimension...

Marisa sighed. "No wonder people avoid you. You make even Mokou look like a happy oni." She got off of Eiki and sat down.
"We do relinquish our so called 'SINS' by doing good things. Heck I got you a freakin christmas present and I don't even know why." She took out a hexagon shapped rock with a gem in the middle and held it out.
"It's my first Master Spark item. It only worked about 50% of the time, but it was my first success and...I heard you didn't celebrate christmas, which I thought was stupid so I...got you something...DON'T TELL ANYONE GOT IT!? I have a reputation to keep." She said, looking away and folding her arms.

Komachi came and picked up Eiki as the judge was about to speak,"Eiki-sama
Made a friend~~?!"
"Y-o-You should-" Eiki was being half choked to death by Komachi's embrace.

"oops sorry-" Keine smiled sheepishly,"A youkai is anyone with non-human abilities. Like,for example, Cirno is a Youkai for being a fairy,and Utsuho,the one with the wings and cannon,is a youkai for having nuclear abilities. there is people who are in the line,for example Mokou. She is a human that gained immortality. I,as well, am in the line. Since I am human everyday,except for the full moon nights."

Marisa rolled her eyes and glomped Komachi.
"Haya Komachi! Is it just me or are you getting sleepy?" Marisa said, using suggestive reasoning because of Komachi's drunkeness.
Remilia nodded.
"So it's set then. A month from now at my mansion we shall perform the ceremony and allow the Sakura to bloom in full. Agreed?"
Yukari nodded. "Agreed."
Youmu nodded. "Agreed."

Komachi caught Marisa with her other arm,"i think its just you!" the reaper grinned. she had Eiki in the other arm but the judge was hanging there,undable to move.
"You are making me dizzy." Eiki grumbled,the rod of remorse gone.
Keine seemed to read through Rahvine's worry."They aren't as bad as they seem. They cause trouble now and again but the on in red and the witch oufit,Reimu and Marisa,keep them in line. The tall one carrying the smaller one and Marisa,is a reaper and the small one is the judge of death. In their presence,the other will not dare cause trouble." Keine smiled,"Neither would I. I live in the Human Village and protect the humans best i can."

"To the upcomming scarlet moon in our world. May it shine eternally."
Yukari held up her glass as well.
"And to the Ghost Sakura. May it bloom equally as long~"
