"When you left on your 'walk' and then didn't come home after the last fight." said Rahvine taking DKiryu's arm as she turned to head back to the house. Or all night. ...And part of this morning...

Dkiryu was confused. "But...that makes no sense. Why would you worry if there's an anti-death barrier that prevents me from dieing?"

Rahvine glanced over at DKiryu for a moment. "Because I love you. And I don't want anything to happen to you. ...And just because there's some kind of 'barrier' that supposedly prevents you from dying,... that doesn't mean something might not still happen. ...The barrier could fail or something, or one of those people might forget that you're not as strong as they are when you're not in the barrier and kill you on accident, or even on purpose..." Rahvine trailed off, her grip tightening on DKiryu's arm.

DKiryu sighed. "Well the factors included and their body language included as well, the probablility of that actually happening was .24% Not only was the border...um...Yukai...relaxed as she did her magic she was almost carefree but alert as well. Meaning she was a person of experience and therefore it wouldn't rupture. Plus the body language of the others and that showed no sighns of major hostility. And I know major hostility because I've seen Flandre's blood lust up close, so I used that as a base line."

"...I see..." murmered Rahvine sighing slightly. That doesn't really help though... I mean those people are dangerous... We've seen just how dangerous with Flandre. ...And I've already watched you die once DKiryu... I don't think I could handle it happening a second time...

DKiryu looked down. "And that still doesn't matter to you. You know, judging people off of one person's actions is racism right? I mean it's not fair to them. You're making a decision about them before you even get to know them. I...really hate people who do that. Doesn't even give them a chance." Dkiryu said from experience. "I mean, we get it all the time as vampires. Isn't that why we hide? Because the entire outlook on vampires is of killing machines who can't control themselves." He said walking to the living room to set up the tent.

Rahvine sighed, rubbing at her tattoo as she watched DKiryu. "...Actually vampires hide because people don't know they exist, and because people get frightened of things that are so much stronger and powerful than they are, then it turns into a war when the scared people try to protect themselves."
Rahvine paused for a moment, studying DKiryu, before continuing. "...I do trust your judgement though,... that's why I just watched and didn't try to stop you or interfere when you decided to train, and then spar after you went back there..." And I didn't let you know I was there before now because I feel like you probably didn't want me there and would have left and not gotten to do something you wanted to if you'd known...

Dkiryu turned around as he was putting the tent together. "That's proving my point Rahvine." He then turned back to the tent and was trying to set it up.

Rahvine sighed as she moved to try to help DKiryu set the tent up. "...I can't help it that I'm scared. I don't want to lose you again. ...And there's still the other side of it too, if we want to continue to use the vampire analogy. To vampires, humans are frail, weak creatures that are benieth them. Like insects. All humans are good for is food, maybe a bit of labor, if the human happens to be particularly clever... That's why the Accords between Hunters and Vampires exist in the first place. Because unchecked the Vampires would dominate and kill off humans. And Hunters might be inclined to try to kill off vampires indiscriminately..."
