Derrick leaned into the kiss, thoroughly enjoying it and then glancing to the pillow. This would be his first night sleeping as a dog. He climbed on top of it and laid down as he'd seen Dimitri do before and it really was pretty comfortable. But Dimitri's words weren't entirely accurate. Derrick grinned doggishly, "Really? Because it seemed like you found it most comfortable to sleep on me." Many a times he'd woken up to Rowdy sleeping on his chest or by his neck. Occasionally he'd roll over in his sleep and wake up to a yelping Rowdy. The thought made him laugh suddenly, a deep growl, "Goofy dog." he said affectionately, knowing the other would understand.

(o-o dun dun dun! o_O For the day? How about the YEAR> He got drunk and then took a bunch of Somas and ran into a brick wall. AND STILL. He thinks he can drunk and high whenever he wants. He's proud of being a loser. -_-)

Derrick snorted, playfully batting at Dimitri's cheek, although he let his paw rest against it for a moment as his eyes met Dimitri's. He gave a little doggish smile before moving to lick Dimitri's cheek, and then go back to settle down on the pillow. As he did every night, as he had done every night since he was about three, he murmured as he closed his eyes, "Goodnight, Dim. I love you."

(Yeah. You'd think the fact he could have KILLED someone would affect him. But nope, he wants to be pitied for how bad his college drop out arse life sucks. -_-. o-O did you want to choose Dimitri's appearance, or shall I?)

Derrick heard the words and felt warmth go through him as a doggish smile found it's way to his mouth. Dimitri could say it back now..it was wonderful. And as his fur was stroked, he found falling asleep to be no problem and was soon curled up underneath Dimitri's hand, fast asleep.

(o-o he doesn't sound like you. What brought you together in the first place if you don't mind me asking? (if you do, then I understand and you can just ignore the question haha <3) O_o I'll put my idea in, if you like yours better, put yours in ^__^ *cheery smile*)

"Dimitri!" exclaimed a happy, relieved sounding voice. The next thing he knew, he was being picked up and spun around before being held tightly. An unfamiliar man smiled down at him as he hugged him, "By the Gods Dimitri, I-" The man cut off as his brow furrowed and he noticed something about the dog in his hands. It was not Dimitri. He'd been expecting the other to be in dog form, and thinking that would be about the only thing that would keep his older cousin from throttling him on sight. That, and he was in Dimitri's body. Elryn gave a nervous smile, "Er..hello Dimitri." he said to the man on the bed, quickly setting the dog back down on the bed.

(O-o rarrr! Sexzy men alert! o-o And you're right! therefore..yay third grade comprehension! T__T Aww *hugglez* I'm sorry)

(O-o flashbacks and forwards and dreams? What?! O-o and yeah, you're still Dimitri. - Elyrn came in Dimitri's body, he thought the dog was Dimitri, he realizes Dimitri is in a human form. And they go from there ^__^ )

WAIT! I think I see what you mean, no this isn't any of those things. Derrick and Dimitri are sleeping, Elyrn just appeared in Derrick's bedroom, and he picked up Derrick thinking it was Dimitri because of the dog form.

Dimitri sat up immediately and looked over at the stranger who had entered the room. "Elryn?" he said in disbelief. "What are you doing here?"

Dimitri rose from the bed and walked over to Elryn. "The only reason I'm not pummeling you right now, is because I don't want any bruises on my body when I get it back, cousin," he said, standing to him face to face.
