Sanoskue realized he had said something tactless and immediatly appologized, "I'm sorry love, I didn't mean it like that." he said licking her back.

Sanoskue licked her muzzle again, smiling at her, "For the hundreth time, I'm glad we met."

Sanoskue wrapped his tail around hers and licked her muzzle lovingly.

Kanti snuggled against his side and licked him back before resting her head on his paws. “I love you Sanoskue,” she said softly.
((do you think we should do a time skip to spring, when the pups will be born?))

---A few months later---
Kanti grunted softly and heaved herself out of the den. The snow had long since melted, leaving their territory covered in lush grass. Food was plentiful as the rabbits and deer had already begun to have their young, leaving both the forest and river alive with creatures. Kanti herself was close to her time. Her belly was large, heavy with pups. Panting slightly she sat outside the den in the bright sunlight.

Sanoskue padded up to his mate with a rabbit in his mouth, "Morning love." He said as he set the rabbit down in front of her.

Kanti smiled at Sanoskue. “Good morning to you too,” she said brightly. “Would that yummy rabbit be for me?”

“Thank you love,” Kanti said softly, gently licking Sanoskue’s muzzle before dipping her head down to eat the rabbit. She winced slightly as she leaned down.
