mc2 Loretta Siren (( OOC@ mc2; I know, but the rest of us don't know that and the brotherhood aren't the only bad guys. I was thinking that what if a russian infiltration unit was also there to steal the newest model for creating their own in their country so they can get in on the profits? So Angel thought those agents were brotherhood employees. If that's not ok I can edit that out.)) OOC: Like I said, I was going to just assume there was something that I missed. The mention is fine. I just was hoping to clarify things. ((ooc; ok good. was worried i ticked you off accidently. ^w^ btw sorry i been gone so long. life been a pain.))

Physik shrugged at the small accusations about the kid he brought in. He really didn't care, just as long as the kid wasn't lying face down in a ditch. Sebastian glared slightly at Cassandra, but quickly the look faded. She seamed angry at his choice to bring in the kid. He mentally shrugged it off. as if he ever cared what people thought of his actions. He looked at Crystal. "Good to meet you." he looked back at the others. "Well. Cassie had the good nature to show a flash of embarrassment at Sebastian's glare before she changed back to her more confident demeanor. Raising a brow at Sebastian and crossing her arms in challenge she muttered, "God, I'm not heartless. It is called practicality. Don't leave the kid in a gutter or wherever you found him but at least I don't know think to have him under tight supervision and through investigation."
Rolling her eyes she added, "Besides there is also the fact that even if the kid isn't bad news- which he probably isn't or whatever- waking up in a strange place would probably freak most people out enough that they could be a danger to themself or others without realizing it. And add that with an unknown mutant power..." She shook her head and muttered inspecting her nails, cut short for practicality, "Whatever, apparently thinking ahead makes me a bad person."
She glanced up and said brightly "Where's Crystal working by the way? Because I would love some extra help with the crowds... but if you guys think you need her I will be more than satisfied with my little cute Felicia."

"I see your point, Cassandra. I didn't mean to insult you." Sebastian said, laughing slightly. Well that could have gone better. he thought to himself. He really should have thought ahead more, but that wasn't his thing unless he was fighting. He shrugged. While clashing with everyone now and then, Sebastian was still friends with them. a.k.a. Myth  Dean raised an eye brow at Crystal's sudden appearance. He waited it out while the gang had at it for a while. At the moment Dean did not bother with stopping the arguments. If it didn't escalate any further that was. Conflict of opinion are bound to happen when people meet but if it stays within the normal boundaries he was okay with it. When they were done bickering he continued to talk " I wasn't aware that you were back. So I did not factor you into the plan but you may join Love and Felicia. Physik and I will be on the roofs or in the buildings." Now he had selected the proper transportation. Speed was of the essence but with a Sentry there he would not risk the Jet. If they detect it and shoot it down it would cause a whole variety of problems. The Sentry would most likely shoot first, making it seem like they were the real threat. It would also give the X-men more heat and The Brotherhood would take advantage of that chaos to take down their target. He wouldn't put it past Warp to do so. No, a car would be a better choice. It was better to hide it in plain sight. A car and a motorcycle. Yes that was a better idea. Dean would scout ahead. "I will take the bike and scout ahead. It's faster that way. Physik, take the car. Go as fast as you can but do try to avoid the police. Girls, you're with him" A helmet materialized around his head. Grabbing the keys he walked up to the bike, It was his favorite bike. Putting the keys into the ignition he started her up. " I will meet you there." The garage door opened when he got on the bike.The bike let out a loud roar as he took off. There was another reason for him going ahead and solo. He wouldn't allow any distraction for himself on the way. But with the girls .....being girls and Physik's not-caring attitude.....Let's just say that it wasn't best for him to be in the same car with all of them combined.

"Sweet, I get Crystal too?" Cassie laughed, even though arguably Crystal would be just as in charge if not more. Her and Crystal were equals in status, if Crystal didn't arguably have more experience. She at least had more years of training.
"Mr. Nixon, I love you," confessed Cassie, "Of course I love everyone and no one at all so that doesn't count, now does it? Anyhow, don't worry about the police. All I have to do is bat my eyes and the officer will let me or anyone else with me off. Works like a charm. Better than crying."
As Myth left, Cassie turned her attention to Sebastian and said bluntly, "And, I wouldn't worry about my feelings. I'm over it. Of course, if you still feel guilty about it you could let me drive..." Cassie smiled innocently, before adding, "Nah. I'm just kidding. I hate driving, especially when there will be traffic."

Sebastian laughed. "No way am I letting anyone drive my car." He walked up to it and opened the driver door. He slid inside. "Let's go, ladies. If we're late to the party, we won't be able to have punch." He was kidding, of course. There was no party, but Dean would certainly kill him if they were late. He revved the engine. "Ah that is probably a good idea to keep me from driving. It has been about a year and a half since I really drove. Of course when I did drive last I was pretty good and I could parallel park anywhere," Cassie said, climbing into the backseat. The last time she had drove was to arrive at work that day her powers had awoken. She had been attacked by one of the customers who she had unintentionally influenced before she even had a chance to drive home. The police had taken her to the station for questioning and it had been her parents who drove her home.
The problem with her primary power is she had no way of controlling how someone's love for her would take form. In theory it manifested how if someone had gotten to know her long enough would love her. Sometimes it was an innocent love-like a friend, or a brother, even a first crush- sometimes it was more unstable- obsession, jealousy, a possessive sort of love.
Realizing she was spacing out she called to Crystal and Felicia in a joking manner, "Who do I get to sit next to? Best part of the backseat is getting to share it, right? If I get sleepy on the way there I can sleep on someone's lap."

  " Come on guys, knock it off. This isn't really the time right now." Crystal interjected into Cassie and Physic's argument. Turning back to Nixon, she listened as he placed her in the group with the other girls and smiled then gave him a two finger salute and wink. " Aye aye mon capitan, I will be on the awesome group!" she laughed then smiled at the other two girls. She didn't know Felicia yet as she'd joined while Crystal was still away in New York, but now was as best time as ever to get to know her. Hearing they were going in Physic's car Crystal followed them over. " Shotgun!" Crystal called then laughed when Cassie asked who'd be joining her in the back. " I can't ride in the back, I'll get car sick so Foxy you're up!" Crystal said then asked in concern, " You are a fox when you shift right?"

a.k.a. Amp  Amp lost track of the time that had passed since he had awoke and the current time. He lay there thinking through his escape, Shadow Walker's confession, the mystery homo-superior which he had a bad feeling about (of course that could be because that mystery homo-superior had probably been the one to knock him out), and wondering what Cassie was doing at that moment... wondering about his own feelings towards her (which were influenced by her power so was it his own feelings?) He frowned as he considered the issue, the Brotherhood and Blink had called it a 'spell' but that wasn't exactly how Cassie's power worked. It influenced people to fall in love with her in the way they most likely would if they had met her under normal or the best circumstances and got to know her.
Originally it had been for Amp an obsessive crush, a kid who had tried to impress the girl he liked in any way that he could without considering her as an individual. But being essentially in solitary confinement for a year gave you a lot of time to think and a lot of time to grow up. Because, in many ways his original childish devotion, admiration, and hero-worship (almost to the point one could joke it was a crush) to Warp was merely transferred to his sister. Cassie wasn't going to know how he changed though. That his idiotic childish devotion and crush had evolved over time. Yes, he was still probably influenced by her power, but it had changed to a desire to support her, be by her side, and understand her beyond some perfect, flawless creature he had originally made her out to be. Darkly he thought, Cassie is going to flip when she sees me and if I ever get to the X-men's front door.She probably won't be happy at the very least, Dmitri Kovac, said a woman's voice.Amp sat up and said aloud, "Hello? Who is-" he paused and he realized that he hadn't heard the voice with his ears but in his head. A telepath, then.Dmitri, my name is Emma Frost, I am the Headmistress of Xavier's School for the Gifted. You are safe. You are lucky Physik found you. You took quite a bit of a risk to try and find the X-men. For now, I wish for you to stay where you are and rest, until you can be properly introduced. Currently the-
Preoccupied with the parade coming up, right? Warp and the others planning the assassination of the MRD head. That'll cause the MRD to strike back even worse at homo-superiors. And there is some unknown homo-superior who had attacked me, answered Dmitri in a rush. Suddenly it dawned on him that she had said until he could be properly introduced: did that mean he was allowed to stay? He was at the X-men's HQ right? Xavier's School...?He could sense a smile in the woman who answered his questions about staying, Yes, Dmitri. And, yes, I know all about what is happening. I did read your mind already. Will you stay where you are for now? Considering the fact of your previous alliance it would be best for everyone.Yeah, of course, Dmitri answered with a frown when he felt the presence of the other mind disappear after he made his answer. He made a short snort and muttered, "More being stuck waiting around alone without anything to do..." Then he smiled, the telepath had implied he was in, though. At least he could stay. After Emma Frost's contact with Amp, she made telepathic contact with both Myth and Physik. She simply said: Warp, a teleporter, and a shadow manipulator who can also teleport are currently planning to assassinate the head of the MRD. They are in the city at the moment. The biggest concern will be Warp and the shadow manipulator. The teleporter has a remarkable range but no real skills beyond defensive use of her powers. There is also an unknown mutant who can cause molecular manipulation who was last seen in Central Park. He was the one who knocked out the boy Physik found. Warp and the teleporter may currently have their powers disabled if the X-men are lucky; however it is unlikely. The boy has agreed to stay at the Medical room for now until he can be introduced. I see him posing no great threat and his intentions are sincere enough.

"Hop in, Felicia." Sebastian began to drive the car out of the garage after Felicia got in the back. After a few moments, the voice rang in his head. He didn't bother replying since the Lazarus Drug effects would make his brain to be in a constant state of flux, rending Emma's ability to hear any mental reply from him useless. "Okay, ladies. Here's the deal. Warp and three other mutants are in Central Park as we speak. Everyone knows Warp's infamous knack for force fields. The next two are with him. A teleporter with remarkable range but little combat skills, and a shadow manipulator with unknown potential. So try to stay in the light, m'kay? The last guy is an unknown factor. He just happened to be there. Apparently he's the one who gave our guy the one-way ticket to the infirmary, so watch your backs.
