Emy stepped on in front of the school gate. The car that brought her here had long ago rushed away from sight. She looked up and saw with irony the way the school was built. A castle of sort, a maze of hundreds of rooms that house humans as well as vampires. Vampires such as herself. She stared at it for a while. Her eyes betraying no emotions nor giving a clue to what she is thinking. But she is here at last.
She had journeyed across the world just to get here. She had acquired news that the Night Class had some problems and as a pureblood, she deemed it necessary for her to see what the problem is.
She went to her dorm, walking slowly towards the huge building. When a normal person would look at her, she would seem to float like a ghost. Her gown seems not to brush the stone walkway that leads to her goal. When she had reached the door, she opened it with just a thought. It was a small crack at first, she hesitated, not wanting to see the others but what choice does she have? Renewing her resolve, she took the heavy wooden door on her hand and softly pushed it like she would a child. The wood gave in easily under her palm and what she saw almost made her groan. The night class students have gathered in the hallway. Just as she is, when she had looked at the sky, it was dawn already and anytime soon the classes will start.
She thought about skipping class but pushed it away, deeming it useless. If she must solve the problems here, she must know of it as soon as possible. Quietly, she entered and made her way into her room unnoticed. Only when she had entered her room and locked the door did she try to release a small sigh of relief of being alone again. Later, she would face a place where there are many people--no not people, but vampires. And later, she would know who causes this mess in this academy. "Be prepared Cross Academy, I shall give you a sweet dreams tonight," she whispered with a faint smile on her lips.
