All I can say is concentrate on something in your life that is good . Don't think about what ever it is that is making you depressed . You will just tie yourself in knots .

Diana Godstone All I can say is concentrate on something in your life that is good . Don't think about what ever it is that is making you depressed . You will just tie yourself in knots . There's not much else that I can focus on. There's nothing to do. Nowhere to go. I can't stop thinking about it.
