Yeah, an OOC might be the way to go. What I usually do is go to the forum, and invite 1 or 2 people from each good roleplay thread that I see.

From what I here, there's a party-only dungeon in the MMO that nets you about 10k in one go. That's a possible 10k every hour (assuming the dungeon isn't that long and accounting for downtim and recruitment time)! That's likely why prices are skyrocketing.
