I say..... Try to work things out like the civilised person you are. If that fails, she isn't the type of person that can be reasond with and the guild leader needs to get involved.
Interestingly, the last few of my major arguments were with a guild leader elsewhere... ninja

The guild vice captain (1 of 2) just sent me a message literally describing flipping me off, saying ******** you, and told me to leave or he will ban me himself. Eight months of RP was "subpar" and I was insubordinate and rude beyond measure.
To say the least I am ******** pissed. My squad captain was decent and made the game fun. This substitute b***h came in and I've been banned. At the moment I wonder why I ******** come to gaia anymore. Insults to my intelligence and RP skill are not something I take lightly, and to be treated this way makes me want to walk away for good like so many oldbies.
I'm not yet . . . but the temptation is there.

Don't worry, I am not out the door yet. Just frustrated beyond measure. Been a while since I had fun in Gaia . . . and I continue to wonder why I come. There are friends here, and I enjoy talking to you all, but every time paths lead from the refuge, things go poorly.

Well, anytime you decide to take a path away from the Refuge again, I've got a guild that is full of very nice mid-level roleplayers, and I would welcome you with open arms and the utmost respect.

Another is inviting me back . . . neutral Youll probs find that the one that told you to leave was the persons friend and that no one looked into the situation other than said vice And the other that invited you back has caught wind of it and thought "Oi, wait a minute here." XD or something :3

It amounted to "You did screw up, but You aren't that bad. Just watch what you are doing and show a bit more respect to the crew."
Oh, and I think my character has been retconned . . . a setback, but not a total one. I can recreate most of my gear without much hassle. The only real drawbacks are a specific skill lost, and I think I have to re-earn my shikai in a month.
