I'm just thinking this sounds too similar to the Ruins of Altga.

its tech level was up there near skyrim at time of death. plus, im pretty sure the cause of death is different from Altga's cause of destruction.

I know, but it's the dead city with the hidden temple that makes me think they are similar. Whatever, if the other mods are okay with it, I have no problem with you posting it.

I was planning on making a dead canyon. Much like the one from the Zelda game Majora's Mask.

That reminds me that I haven't made a new map in a while. I have to keep up. The last map I made was what? Zen's Castle? Angel Island? (which isn't even around anymore xD)

The tattered remains of Saronia

description

Located in an alternate dimension, Saronia once was a prosperous land, but through a great cataclysm, the entire area has been destroyed, the ground broken up, into freefloating islands. small remanants of human life seem present, but their few and far between, living on these ruined islands in an attempt to survive. its clear the cataclysm happened not too long ago.

Landscape:

Open air, with floating islands here and there. the islands all look like they just sort of floated up, into the air, though in the middle of the mess, there is a series of islandsa that make up a massive crater.

enemies:

starving humans
dragons
harpies
carniverous birds

Other:

the gravity in this reality is lower than normal. there is also rumored to be an airship hidden in a forest island somewhere that is of atlantean make.

I think it's good, but I'm a little iffy about it being in an alternate dimension. How could people get in/out of there?

remember how Lunair appeared through dimensional rifts in Zen's castle? ill say those widened up. anyone else who can travel dimensions can get there on their own. its actually Lunair's home dimension... he was... too late though...

Alright. It will be okay as long as you mention where exactly these rifts are, and they remain in those areas without moving(to avoid confusion)
