THE ROCK (MONEY IN THE BANK QUALIFYING MATCH)

 

[Matt Gennison]

Matt's normal titantron would come up. He would debut a new theme song, which would be a new version of the previous one, "Fixation On The Darkness V2" by Killswitch Engage as it would then blast through the PA system, and all throughout the building, being heard near the backstage area. The crowd who were familiar with Killswitch Engage would know that they use to perform theme songs for Trent and CM Punk. As the theme continued on, Matt Allens would appear through the curtain. The crowd would go electric over the sight of Matt Allens, He would then raise his arms up as he would let out a loud roar, as the crowd would continue to cheer him on. A majority of the audience that was in the front row was wearing the signature black mouth mask that Matt Allens would usually wear on his mouth, showing support for him. After he let out the roar while still standing on the stage, Matt Allens would then proceed to look on towards the ring.

Announcer: "The following contest is a MONEY in the BANK qualifying match! Introducing first, from Chicago Illinois, weighing in a 222lbs,.. Matt Allens!"

Matt Allens would continue to walk down to the ring, at a decent pace. He would make a left turn towards the steel steps that were mounted against the ring, walking up the steps one foot at a time, as he would then get up on the apron. Matt would turn his back on the ring to face the crowd, as he would then spread out his arms and letting out a yell. He would then watch the reaction of the crowd, before turning his back towards them to face the ring, as he would get into the ring through the second rope, walking over to the center of the ring, as he would then walk over to a nearby ring post, climbing the second turnbuckle and raising his arms high and proud, as he watched audience members snap pictures of him. He nodded his head twice, before jumping down, and and circling around before standing in place.

Moments passing after his entrance, Matt Allens would request a microphone momentarily to address something real quick, as he had all the time in the world considering this was the last match on the card. After getting the microphone in which he requested, he would put it towards his lips. He waited for the crowd to settle down a bit, as he would then begin to speak..

"So as you all should know, as you can see, YOUR champion, or should I say, the, "champion of the people.. the people's champion" is most likely not gonna show up." The crowd would begin to rain down with boo's since people paid top of the line money to see The Rock perform and whoop Matt's monkey a** all over this arena to earn a chance into the Money in the Bank ladder match. ".. And it's either one of two reasons. It's either The Rock, once again ladies and gentleman, has either gone HOLLYWOOD and think's he's too good to wrestle me, and this goes for anybody in the back that BUSTS their a** to give you people a show.." The crowd would begin to cheer Matt Allens over the truth he potentially spoke that most people knew was true. ".. Oh, let me correct myself. You.. PATHETIC people." after correcting himself, Matt would get heat from the fans, clearing the air that he's still heel.
".. And the SECOND reason is because The Rock FEARS MATT.. ALLENS." Getting mixed reactions by the crowd, since Matt Allens would mostly get cheered by smarks and older men, and boo'd by kids.
"..So, here's what I'm gonna do. If The Rock still has the guts to come down and face me like a man, then so be it. But if he DOESN'T, then I'm issuing an OPEN CHALLENGE to anybody in the back for this Money In The Bank qualifying match. I don't care if you're a man, woman, cat, dog, literal BEAR, alive, dead, alien, I don't care. I've come here to WRESTLE and that's what I'm gonna do. So please. Play the music of the man I'll be defeating tonight." Matt would say, giving the microphone back to the announcer, as he would jump up and down preparing himself for his match.

• The sound of several drums hit the PA system as the crowd begins getting onto their feet after a few seconds. It didn't register at first but soon garnered a big pop when the lightning went into a dark blue signifying the return of one man--the Charismatic Enigma himself--Jeff Hardy. The crowd erupts in loud cheers as Jeff comes jogging out onto the stage just as hype and excited as the fans. He stops at the top of the stage and immediately begins to dance wildly as usual. Nostalgia is all around the arena as pyro shoots up from the side panels. Hardy takes in a deep breath clasping his hands together and begins his descent down the middle.
  
  
  
  
  
  "Making his way to the ring hailing from Cameron, North Carolina weighing in at 225lbs, please welcome the CHAAAAAARISMATIC ENIGMA....JEFFFFFF HAAAAAAAAAAAAAARDY!!"
  
  On his way down, he gives high fives to fans who've missed him dearly. The former TNWE and CWF Champion continues making his way down the ramp. Now getting to the steel steps as he turns and throws an arm out to his fans before going inside and running to the turnbuckle, leaping on it and taunting. The crowd gives him the same rockstar reception he's used to and he thanks them all. Finally he gets down from that turnbuckle and goes to the farthest corner ascending it and posing some more. Cameras are flashing wildly. After soaking up his return some more, he drops down to the canvas and now sets his eyes on Matt Allens. He doesn't grab a microphone and sticks to his song's name by having; no more words. Jeff sits in the corner stretching waiting for the bell while chewing on his gum.
  
  

 

[Matt Gennison]

... Matt Allens would look like he's seen a ghost, completely just drowned out by the electric roar of the audience. The two have never had any type of history together, but Matt kept in mind that this man had tag teamed with his childhood friend, Trent two years ago, which would eventually link them together to this match here tonight. Matt wasn't gonna let Jeff Hardy take his shine. He would take off his jacket and shirt, giving it to the timekeeper, waiting for the sound of the bell.  

[Reborn By Fate]

Ding ding ding, the bell rang out loud. Jeff uses the ropes to stand back up and exit from his corner walking toward the center of the ring on his guard.

Tonight the fans got a special treat, as Matt Allens would rarely be wrestling Jeff Hardy, ironically for a ladder match spot. As the bell would ring, Matt would circle the ring, slowly closing in on his opponent with a collar-and-elbow tie up!  

[Reborn By Fate]

Jeff Hardy, one of the innovators of the ladder match, would stand across the ring from the young talent known as Matt Allens. Inching closer and closer circling around until the two finally locked up. The crowd behind both man as Jeff struggled to gain the upper hand early on.

While in the collar and elbow tie up and hearing the audience in tonight's main event, Matt would try his best to push Hardy into the corner. Both men were around the same weight, which made it almost even.  

[Reborn By Fate]

Hardy was pushed into the corner by Allens. The crowd oohed as the younger star out-bested him. Jeff Hardy shook it off though and attempted to raise his arms again inching toward Allens for another lock-up.  

[Matt Gennison]

Seeing Jeff raise his arms afterwards, Matt would just look at him, and shove his chest. He would then yell out at Hardy, "YOUR TIME IN WRESTLING IS UP! GO AWAY!" getting major heat from the crowd.  

[Reborn By Fate]

Hardy was pushed again and this time, disrespected by Matt Allens. Whom prior to this, he had no issue with. But now he walked forward and attempted to slap the taste out of his mouth.

 

[Matt Gennison]

Matt would unexpectedly get slapped by Jeff, as the crowd would "oooh" out of cringe from the sound of how hard it was, causing Matt to fall to one knee as he would hold his jaw.  

[Reborn By Fate]

Jeff wasted no time going after Allens and picking him up shouldering him into the ropes to build up momentum so that he could irish whip him to the next set.  

[Matt Gennison]

Matt would be picked up and Irish-whipped to the ropes, rebounding off back-first back to Jeff!
