oh ok i understand... susumu concentrates her chakra and charges a bolt of lightning in her hand ..."ouch that stung i see what you mean" she releases the bolt after about 20 seconds or more.

susumu concentrates for a long time...a lightning bolt stays in susumu's hand for at least 5 minutes...her chakra almost absorbing the effects of the lightning...she must concentrate deeply.

her resistance to lighting is coming along quickly.she can hold the bolt for extended periods of time naturally.without having to concentrate really hard.
