DKiryu looked at her.
"We've got eachother and everyone. That's all that matters, right?"

He said, leaning over and giving Aura a soft scratch behind her ears.

Gwendolyn clapped once again for Zero's victory. "Bravo Mr. Death." She stopped clapping and immediately began to feel pain in her head. There was flood of memories pouring into her head, and she couldn't take it. She grasped her head in agony, "I feel... pain? Gah.... Takamagahara..."

Vahlken climbed rested his front paws on Gwendolyn's knees. "Milady, is something wrong?"

"No, Nago..." Gwendolyn looked at him in shock. "I am... going to leave... Don't follow me." With that, roses fluttered all around Gwendolyn and she disappeared from sight.

Rouri was worried now, "I had a bad feeling she would know... It's all Zero's fault!"
Vahlken covered Rouri's mouth, "Let's not be quick to blame... but yes... It could be possible that it is his fault. She wouldn't dare come back to the camp, so let's just go and not worry for her. Time heals all wounds."
Vahlken removed his paw from Rouri's mouth, but pouted, "Or show Zero a lesson!"
Vahlken laughed, "Hohohoho! Have you seen the power that guy possesses? That would not be a good idea... Instead... Let's find if he has a weakness. Like every Greek hero, there ought to be something that he just can't take...." With that, they floated secretly away...

Zero hauled his KO'ed daughter to his office and set her down on his emergency Futon he placed in there back during his first days on the job. Back then, he didn't know he didn't need sleep down here. He sighed.
"Like Father like Daughter, eh Maria?" He asked her.
even unconsious, she raised her right hand and flipped him off. Zero laughed.
"You've been watching way to much Air Gear."
She flipped him off with both hands this time. Zero gave a belly laugh.
"Aya...I guess there's your mother's side..." He said, stroking her white hair out of her face.
"I'm sorry I didn't write. Or call...dopple came back and...I had to put him down for good." He sat down next to her and sighed. His hand went to his crescent moon mark and he remembered the time he vowed into becomming Universal grimm.
"Amy was right...hell is nothing compaired to this..." He looked at all of his material things. CD's signed by the greatest artists, pictures of past lives, including the one on earth. Gabi and his first date. Even a couple of secret snapshots back in the universe he was currently in. He walked to his cabinet and opened his bed/coffin. He took out a small charm Gabriella's mother gave to him way back when and sighed again. It was a paw locket that had his biggest secret in there. A picture of Alexis holding gabi, who was still a kitten, and Amy right next to her who was, at the time, giving the camera a pull and tougue and Queen Luna above them. Zero smiled and placed the locket back inside his casket and locked it down. He leaned onto his casket and looked down.
"Oh...how I'd love to hear some words of advice from you mother..." He turned and looked at the pics of Aura, Rahvine and everyone at Runo. He repeated words Amy had told him once.
"Being a grimm is the true hell. As your words and actions determine the fate of millions. Being the universal grimm is worse than that. For you can never die. No one will be stronger than you. You will never have a challenge...you will forever be bored...and the ones you love will slowly die away from you..."
He sighed at the picture. He thought about a lot of things...but one thing couldn't leave his mind.
"...I have to know..." He stood up and teleported to where Aura was...

DKiryu nodded.
"Right. If we don't get these ones up to shape, we're all dead..."

Zero nodded, scratching the back of his head.
"Sorry. Something came up at the office...er...NEAR...the office."

"I see..." said Rahvine nodding slightly.
She looked over at Aura. "Sorry to wake you. I thought you'd want to see that Zero's back."
