Emi stopped in the middle of her tracks. She could have sworn that she heard something in the ruins. But then again many individuals decided to live in the ruins instead of SIN rule. She took out her daggers and chains. "Who's there?!"

Drea let out a startled squeak before covering her mouth with both hands and looking around frantically, which freed Shigure's muzzle allowing him to bark freely as he started to lunge forward to leap out of the brush at Emi.
"Shigure! Stop!" shouted Drea as she quickly grabbed hold of the large black dog by wrapping her arms around his neck in a firm hug.
...We've been caught... We should have just left when we saw that other person here and come back later to see if there was anything to eat in what's left of the gardens... Drea cautiously stepped out of the brush, still holding on tightly to Shigure by the scruff of his neck.
((Sorry it took me a bit, I was looking at my con pictures and getting them cropped and such. I'll be back in a second, go ahead and post though.))

"What the...?" Emi raised her daggers up ready for a fight. She studied the girl and wolf for a few minutes. "Don't come any closer unless you want me to ten you in for a bounty. Who are you and what are you doing here?" the girl didn't look like a threat but she could never be too sure. Emi had seen posters for kids her age with massive bounties.

Drea shuddered, looking at Emi fearfully. "W-we were j-just looking for f-food in the g-gardens..."

Emi lowered her weapons. So the girl wasn't a threat after all. She sighed weakly as she began to rummage through her bag. "You might not find anything here...but you can have this. I apologize for frightening you." she said handing out a small loaf of bread.

"...It's okay..." said Drea, still watching Emi with wary blue eyes as she cautiously reached out to take the loaf of bread, still keeping a grip on Shigure with one hand. "...A-are you sure it's okay for me to take this?... I mean,...there are a lot of places around here to find food,... I just hadn't checked the gardens here for a few days so..."
Drea trailed off starting to witdraw her hand again.

"No. Take it. I scared you and that was wrong of me to do." Emi said placing the bread into the girl's hands. "It's ok." she said. She hated apologizing but it was the right thing to do. She glanced around at the ruins as she placed her weapon in her bag. "Can you tell me where I am?" she asked trying to sound gentle.

Gwendolyn dared herself to look at the picture again, only to see that the picture has not changed. She clutches it tightly. What does this mean? What Zero said... was actually true? Gwendolyn went outside the village where it was mostly empty but a few villagers. It was raining out and she couldn't keep in the frustration. She didn't feel right being known as Gwendolyn. She was now Rachel. It was only after this epiphany in the rain that she knows that Rachel was in fact her all along. She opened a portal and found that the voices of the past had come back. Only she could hear them clearly coming from the portal. So she stepped in, only to find herself falling...

"It's okay..." repeated Drea nodding as she took the bread. "But thank you." Drea smiled slightly as she tucked the bread in the bag she was carrying. "...Well,... this place was too small to really have a name it wasn't much more than just a few houses before it got destroyed by SIN,... But we're about fifteen miles from the SIN temple. About the only other thing close is Runo,..."
Drea paused frowning slightly. "But it got taken over by SIN a few months ago..." And there have been all kinds of strange things going on around here since...

"I'm not surprised that SIN was here...but that is a shame that Runo has fallen to them." Emi said crossing her arms across her chest. Either way she was going to encounter SIN but she needed to get a job to earn money for suppplies and food. She sighed slightly frustrated. "I don't suppose that the sin are going to leave anytime soon?"

Drea shook her head, reaching down with one hand to pet Shigure's head as if to reassure herself. "I don't think so. ...But It's getting more dangerous around here though,...and not just because of SIN there are all kinds of strange things that are starting to happen in this forest."
((-pokes Aura-,... you know Runo got taken over. You were the one who had Nicole-sama and the outlaws capture it. xD
