Rahvine slowed slightly so that she was walking beside DKiryu rather than in front of him as they went back to the tent. ...I hate this... except for this part of it... The rest of this,... having- to chain DKiryu up... and sit and listen to him and watch... Rahvine shuddered subtly. Reminds me too much of that week...

Rahvine jumped slightly, then looked over at DKiryu. "...I don't know,... breakfast I guess... Then after that,...I'm not really sure... I-...guess you think this won't give the base away? That it doesn't need to be disguised somehow..." asked Rahvine waving a hand vaguely at the destruction around them.

Dkiryu shook his head.
"Vampires and were'people go coocoo for coco-puffs all the time. Dopples just take the destruction as a sign of life. It's kinda...ironic...now that I think about it."
Flan served the two some breakfast.
"Here you go~"
Dkiryu tried some...and was wide eyed.
"You? You made this?"
Flan nodded. "Is...it good?"
Dkiryu was to busy eating.

"I think that means yes..." said Rahvine smiling absently. "...We need to make sure the soldiers get some too though. After all the human ones need to be sure to eat, more than DKiryu and I do..."

Rahvine nodded in response to Flandre's statement about putting the food out. "Make sure you whistle, that's the 'signal' to come and eat."
Rahvine looked back at DKiryu shrugging slightly before picking up her fork and plate, pacing around the tent as she ate. "Someone needed to stay awake in case the chains broke or another vampire lost control too. That kind of thing is my job."

"Yea...but it shouldn't be all up to you."

The head of the DAR smiled as she said the words.
"Test fire the Destiny Cannon."
--10 days and 2 hours later--
Dkiryu felt something...and held his head.
"What....the....hell?" He looked outside...and the sun was high in the sky.
"THE HELL!? It was morning about 2 seconds ago!"
Flan almost dropped the biskets...
"What...was that?"
