"...Well... first off she's Aura's dopple. And a lot of times dopples end up being at least partially opposites of their realies..." began Rahvine. "In this case she's super strong and ruthless, and she's had her eye on getting a hold of Zero for a while,... I don't really know all the details why though. Just that it's probably not for anything good. But anyway DAR's more or less this world's equivalent of SIN, and DAura's more or less the head of it."

"Not a complete opposite, there seem to usually be at least a few things that are similar between the dopple and realie. Like how my dopple used to be partnered with DKiryu..." Rahvine shrugged slightly.
"But there are usually more things that are opposite than the same. At least from what I've seen."

"I don't really understand it all that well myself." Rahvine chewed her lip, rubbing at her tattoo absently. "DKiryu doesn't really talk that much about his past, or stuff here in Htrae... I was actually hoping I'd get to find out more about him while we were here..."
Rahvine trailed off, her voice shaking slightly as her hands clenched into fists. But we got involved in this stupid fight,... and now I'm probably going to end up losing DKiryu again... It's going to be a week or more before Zero wakes up and we don't have a chance of rescuing DKiryu without him and by then DAura will probably have already....

Emi just sighed. "It doesn't matter. It kinda interesting learnin things on the fly." she said takin her dagger out again and began to play with it by flipping it in her hand.

Rahvine cleared her throat, wiping her eyes roughly on her sleeve, as she tried to get control of her emotions again. "...Yeah,... I guess..." murmered Rahvine blinking rapidly as she looked away.
((...And I actually have to leave now unfortunately... I'll be back from church in a few hours though and will come back and post then. So go ahead and post in character.))

Emi glanced at Rahvine and stopped playing with her knife. "Are you sure you are okay doing this mission?" she asked stowing the knife back into her boot.

Rahvine nodded fiercely, still not looking over at Emi. "Yeah. I'm fine." I have to be fine. I have to get DKiryu back before DAura does any more to him than she probably already has...

Emi nodded making sure that Rahvine was okay. As they continued to walk forward she couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to have an attachment to someone like Rahvine. How was it different from having friends? She sighed as she studied her surroundings. "Are we there yet?"

Rahvine looked around for a moment before replying. "...About halfway there I guess. We're actually making pretty good time considering the rebellion base is kind of in the middle of nowhere in relation to everything else..."
Rahvine glanced over at Emi. "Do you want to stop and rest for a bit before we keep going?"
