The Safehouse {private}

Damian was clenching his fists so tightly that they were shaking. He stared at the door for a while then turned around and punched a hole into the wall.

"because... this all seems so perfect..." Xaene sighed, hugging him close. "i'm afraid that one day i might wake up and find its all been a dream...." he whispered, biting his lip.  

[Mayah Playah]

"Daddy?" called Arwen quietly. She had woken up and sneaked into the room. "Why is Mummy going to Uncle Adrian's Realm? Is she going to go fight again?"
"Oh baby, you can't dream this kind of love," he crooned, kissing Xaene's temple. "But alright, we'll do the wedding."

"thank you...." the dragon smiled softly, lightly kissing his cheek. "so... we should probably get dressed... shouldn't we?" he murmured as he slid off the counter, grabbing the towel just in time as it almost slid off his hips.

"Probably," he agreed, wrinkling his nose. "I don't really want to though."

Xaene gave a sigh and shook his head. "don't worry... i'll be here to protect you." he smiled softly, kissing the heir's nose lightly.

"And keep me safe from all the monsters?" he asked, smiling softly.

"promise" he smiled back, holding his hand tightly.

"I love you so much, Xaene Bloodwell," he muttered, kissing him.

"i love you too" Xaene smiled and hugged him closer.

xaene gave a light chuckle and shook his head. "don't lie.... " he murmured, pulling his lover out of the bathroom and into the bedroom by his hand.

"I never lie," he protested. He stopped in the doorway, pulling Xaene back to him. "Especially not to you." Dominick kissed his love, smiling.

Damian spun around quickly when he heard Arwen and frowned, holding in his tears. He had to be strong... for her. "She's just going to talk to him, sweetie. A little bridal advice." he said softly and scooped her into his arms.

She frowned, folding her arms. "You're a very bad liar, Daddy," she pointed out. "I know she's gone to talk to Mister James."
