It's not.
I had most the hair burned off my arms at the bus stop two years ago.
Now I hate my arms, because the hair's darker, and hell, there really is more of it.

It does come back worse. In my opinion its freaky to shave your arms...its so...unnatural...and it looks funny....But its your body so whatever makes you happy.

No but im being "fo serious" its like the difference between...a cat and a hairless cat...its just down right freaky...and scary. To shave all the hair on your body excuding the hair ontop of your hair...means you shave all over the place...that must mean you shave your bum too...and your eyebrows.
