Arata got high enough looking down he pulled a scroll from his cloak unreavaling it mid air makign hand signs putting the scroll in his mouth an assortment of explosive notes , kunia needles, kunia and soon the paper began to wrap around the shap objects and formed a alrge bird Arata pt more and more chakra til it was cimplete it then dive bombed towards the ground while Arata began to fly out of view feeling nthe wings on his back weakening.

Description: The user forms a well-sized bird or animal out of solid paper. Upon the will of the user, the animal will explode releasing needles, kunai, or shurikin made out of formed paper. The weapons can be made out of normal paper or exploding tags. Used as an attack or quick escape method. The blast radius depends on the size and amount of chakra put into the creature. It can also be left behind as a trap but this use requires a larger amount of chakra if you wish it to be an effective means of hindering an opponent long enough for you to gain more ground in fleeing.

Cannot see your face, cannot hear your voice... Quan smiled as he again whipped out eight kunai, all tagged with two explosive tags each. In a flourish he threw all of them at the bird heading towards him. The explosion of sixteen explosive tags would make the bird burst apart. The assortment of weapons would be forced to explode out while still very high up in the air, weakening the whole attack as the weapons would be forced to fly out at a slower speed, and only a few would head towards him and make the jutsu useless.
((You can decide if the bird's hit with the explosive tags or not)) ...This hell is my realm.

The bird exploded when hit forcing many of the tools to be launched down to the earth the rest mearly tumbled down the attack was spread out but easily avoidable.

Cannot see your face, cannot hear your voice... As the weapons tumbled down onto the ground, Quan easily avoided them as he dashed forwards towards Arata, or under Arata since he was currently flying out of view.
"你回来！你敢走？(ni hui lai! ni gan zou?)"
Quan yelled at the retreating boy as he attempted to chase after him on foot, to find out what he came here and fought him for. ...This hell is my realm.

A loud explosion could be heard, and suddenly people could see a mushroom cloud erupt from where the puppet show as, flames licked the sky as they flickered with delight at the amount of oxygen. If anyone tryed to go in the would see a nondescribt burning body. The flames rushed towards other buildings.

(This is what happened at the source to stop the fire.)
As Kazuo got to the outside of the shop it was in mid-explosion and Senkai the blue mist salamander already stood next to Kazuo blasting out her -200 degree mist to freeze the explosion and any fire. If any fire escaped the blue mist would follow and freeze it.
(No more fire to burn down Cloud village. biggrin )

Sypher stood in his spot watching and listening, he thought My old student is a tailed beast. Sypher got up and walked towards where his student went when he heard and saw an enormous explosion, his first response was to stabilize the ground with his bones to keep any shock waves from destroying anything close by. After that was finished he escaped to follow him.

Blood walked into the training grounds with Ryu, his wolf, and a puppet he held with his puppet arm, It had a humanoid body, and seemed to have a coat on, but he let the head droop down so that no one would see, He jumped up and sat on a tree branch, he set the puppet down and Blood took his pack and began reading

((Sorry if anyone else is learning jutsu here but may I?))
Blood jumped from the tree, and took out a scroll from his pack, it was the jounin rank lightning scroll. He also took the puppet from the tree and laid it next to him and asked his wolf to guard it.

Blood read the instructions to the jutsu. looked at the handsigns, and looked on how it would be used. He performed the handsigns and tried the jutsu for the first time. He put his hands to the groud but nothing happened

(2/6) Blood tried once again, he did it the way the scroll had described, he did the handsigns and he put his hands to the floor, lightning danced around his hands but no where farther than a few centimeters

Rahenno walkied into the training grounds. It's been awhile since he has been to any other part of the village due to the pile up of work. He looked in and saw an old friend. "Hey! Kiyoshi, Yo its been awhile." He said with a smirk.

Kiyoshi stood up and walked over to Rahenno. "Yeah I know last time I saw you, you were this high" He said putting his hand one foot above Rahenno then bonked him on the head. "You've shrunk" Kiyoshi said laughing.

Rahenno's smirk faded. "Almost six years and you haven't changed one bit." He said folding his arms. "You still at like you 8." He said closing his eyes. He then smiled and chuckled. "At least your reliable." He said turning back to Kiyoshi.
