*watches the unaired pilot of Sherlock* So glad someone uploaded it to YouTube so I can see it. xd It's cool seeing what the original pilot looks like and comparing it with the actual aired episode involving the same events. The actual aired episodes definitely is better with setting and what not.  

[Prof. Moonie]

John: "Pink. Why didn't I think of that?"
Sherlock: "Because you're stupid."
John: *looks at Sherlock in surprise and slight offense*
Sherlock: "It's okay everyone is."

*laughs* I may have gotten some of the phrasing wrong, but still... it's amusing. xd Indeed a lot of people would seem "stupid" compared to Sherlock's intellect. sweatdrop

Ah... gotta love BBC Sherlock.

So glad to be watching BBC Sherlock again. Oh how I love this show. Can't wait until next summer when the new season of episodes comes out. biggrin

*cracks up laughing* Haha... Sherlock pretending to be drunk to confront the cab driver is so funny. xd He definitely does a good job of acting drunk, considering he didn't drink anything and the only alcohol he had was throwing a glass of white wine in his own face. *laughs* Silly Sherlock. And seeing John's reaction to it too. *laughs*

Yes! Excellent job John at recognizing that something went wrong. Sherlock will definitely be pleased to know that you're not as dimwitted as others - like the restaurant guy.

I definitely think they made an excellent choice by including Sherlock's brother Mycroft in the actual aired episode. Definitely adds more dramatic tension to it all. Though I almost wondered whether John's cab driver when going back to 221B Baker Street was Mycroft... just the way he described John being "wired" and what not... just seemed to send off a "Holmesian" aura about it. Hmm...

And I definitely like that the aired episode's setting of the whole confrontation between Sherlock and the cab driver. Provides a much better feel for John's entrance of shooting. Especially when Sherlock looks through the bullet hole. And I can't believe they didn't have the whole "Nevermind. I just called you a serial killer." speech out of the unaired pilot. Because it definitely helps through out the whole thing about John obviously being the shooter. *sighs*

None the less, still a fabulous pilot episode. 3nodding

One thing I've noticed since I've watched BBC Sherlock is that I've definitely incorporated a lot of Sherlock's behaviors or sayings in my own life. Obviously you are already aware of one - the whole "Bored!" scene always appears in my mind when I get bored now, lol. xd And lately I've been doing the whole fingers together thing like Sherlock does. *laughs* Ah... my Holmesian side of me is just coming out more and more.

*goes back to working on her doll* I want to finish this so I can do another doll idea I got. Hopefully I can find a base that suits the idea I have. Hehehe... whee

*chuckles* Once again another Sherlock quote came to my mind as I was having dinner. I was telling my parents about watching the pilot episode and how it was interesting comparing it to the actual aired first episode. They didn't really seem interested in what I was saying... and then Sherlock's quote came to mind: "My god, what is it like in your little brains? It must be so boring." xd
