"I'm sticking with you for now though..."He now flew slightly ahead of them.
He turned his head to face them.
"Shade, make sure you don't drag her into unnecessary fights when I'm gone, I won't loss you two..."He said, he knew Alex, could fly well enough to out run erasers.
"Alex I want you to be careful, try to lay low...have some times to just relax..."He said erasers were fast, but if they flew far enough away, then it would still take over a weak to get close to them...

"i know. we're getting ahead of ourselves. our first priority is this fight. shade how long till they come in and attack." alex smiled and flew up to sit on the roof. she liked to be in higherplaces at the begining of any attack. that way she could properly size up her opponates. "when this is over then we'll say our temporary good-byes." alex smiled down on the two boys below her.

"we've got a LEAST a few days. i took a little bit of time before to make sure they wont find us." he smiled, pointing to holes in their shirts. "they THINK they're following us. where i put them, it'll take at least a week to backtrack, and about ive days to come here. by that time, hopefully, we'll be gone." shade shook his head very rapidly. damn fleas. i hate being part eraser, cuz' of these damned fleas!

He glanced back at Shade, the way he said it, it sounded as if erasers were incredibly easy.
"Still, we must be careful, erasers aren't they're only force, that they send out into the world..."He explained, there was also humans that worked for the company, and helped hunt down people like them.

shade nonned at what Lance was saying. "thats true, but their fighters are the erasers. they call them in, then they 'attack' us. its really not that complicated, but they make it sound like rocket science...." shade said, laughing to himself. rocket science, yea right. at least they don't realize how HARD it is to be someone like me. he thought bitterly.

"you could have told us earlier!" alex was mad. she sat down on the roof and huffed. "what are we supposed to do for 5 days?! we could be gone and Lance can go where ever he has to go by the time they get here. hold off the battle for another day." alew rolled her eyes. alex lay down on the roof with both her arms and wings spread out.

"well sorry..." shade muttered. standing on the roof, he blinked twice. "dont look now, but there are two humans. ive seen them before..... oh CRAP!!!" shade snarled.he turned werewolf, and raced off, toward the humans. "just go! ill catch up with you guys!"

"I'm not going anywhere stupid!" alex shouted at him but didnt move from the roof watching shade take off.

"JUST GO!!!!" shade shouted at them, pointing to lance. "get her and yourself OUT OF HERE!!! ill meet up with you guys soon!"

about a mile away, the humans were walking closer to the house. "dammit, where are they? they should be close by..." one of them motioned his wrist. "what the hell was that?" the other said.

shade, now holding his katana, got behind the two humans. "suprised boys?!" his sword went through one, but the other jumped away. "damn, you got lucky." he put the katana away, and grabbed the gun. "now how the bloody hell do i fire this....?"

alex just yelled back, "i'm not going anywhere dumbass !" but she did slide off the roof and hide behind the house. planting herself on the ground 'guys can be so....' alex sighed

your such an idiot alex. you know that? he snarled at her. shade wanted them to leave.
"what.....wha.....shade! thank god.....listen, i need your help.......its me, ralph...." shade turned to face the human. "yeah, i know its ralph. and i know you got a gun, and you plan on shooting me if i don't help you. well sorry buddy, but that's not going to happen!" shade took the gun, and shot him. "damn, i hate guns....no wonder they dont want me to use it."

jeeze, why are girls so........ naive? shade shook his head, turning back into a human. " i so need to get them going....." he froze. what was that sound.....he thought to himself. he heard footstpes again. quietly, he retreated back to the house, unnoticed.

alex stayed her ground. but without shade there she kept her senses open for any enimies. maybe shade had been wrong about the time the erases would get there. maybe they would be here sooner. maybe a new enimy. she just had to be on edge.

shade, back in werewolf form, heard the sound again. is that a girl? he muttered to himself. "guys, we need to move..... like, now." he said, jumping onto the roof.
