"This seems reminicent of the times your parents met." Gray said, looking up at her.
"Now, back then the Barons were not allied with KAVA, so we hacked into the cameras of the LionHeart." he said, before pointing the cane at her.
"You are now taking the role of your mother here..."

"OH NO." Rachel snapped, glaring more at Gray. "There is no way in Hell I'd ever be interested in that a*****e! For any reason. Only thing I'd gain out of him is a migraine and depression medication!" She barked, jumping out of the cockpit so the engineers could begin working on her suit, landing in front of Gray.

"This is NOTHING like my parents first encounter."  

[Zahzi]

"Your father threw your mother across the hangar to get her away from him out of aggravation." Gray said, looking down at her.
"...Do you have any idea why your father did that?"

"...My Dad said he ALMOST threw he because they collided. But when she started crying, he decided not to." Rachel corrected.
"And he said the reason they had gotten off on such a bad start is because my Mom nagged Dad for being drunk before they could even get on the ship. Dad was drunk because it was the anniversary of my grandparents' and aunt's death, a bad day to nag on Dad. For anything."

"Another reason was because he saw her as someone throwing away a life much better than this."

"Well you can't really blame my Mom... She had been in house arrest enforced by Papa for the past thirteen years." Rachel sighed.

"I still don't see how this connects to me and that a**."  

[Zahzi]

"He started at nothing, child. No parents. No history." Gray said with a sigh, shaking his head.
"For his entire life, all he knew was the Barons, and the inevitability of war. He only knew those of his kind of past: People who had nowhere else to go." he said, looking down at her again.
"When he sees you, he sees someone throwing their life away."

"He believes soldiers are people who are prepared to die to protect others. To that end, soldiers are supposed to be unwavering in their resolve."
