Olanna was born on the move, as most villages didn't like the Hachirui people. Originally from Yuki no Kuni (The Land of Snow) Setsuko's parents had put her in a crate of a ship and sent her away. Setsuko never found out the reason why nor did she care. Regardless of what emotion she's feeling, her thoughts are unclouded by the disruption, and the devilish mood swings of teenagers are nonexistent in Hana's system, but she does experience the whole emotional spectrum, just not without reason. She doesn't even exhibit any unnatural signs of discomfort during her monthly bleedings. Still, she's very receptive to the whole emotional spectrum.
Despite the mental calm, though, Hana is extremely physically expressive. She's simple like that. In fact, "calm" isn't usually the first word people would use to describe Hana's behavior. She's not exactly bouncing around like a hyper-caffeinated ADHD child surging through a sugar rush, but she's too interactive and reactive to the rest of the world to be really seen as "calm" at first. If she's happy, then she can't help but smile. If she's sad, then she can't help but frown. For someone emotionally stable, she cries surprisingly often, simply because she's bad at hiding her tears. The same goes for laughing and blushing. Hana embraces her emotions and she sees no reason to hide them or quell them. Emotions have never clouded Hana's judgement, and anyone who would be enough of a jerk to try and use Hana's emotions against her is someone she would choose to completely avoid anyways. It's incredibly rare to see Hana angry, though. Because she can clearly think through any emotional turmoil she may feel and show, something like sorrow inexplicably changing into anger is unheard of for her. That aside, she is too content with her life to feel angry for no reason. She's never made a decision she's regretted. The only stress she feels is related to figuring out how to save someone, stress that she is happy to be burdened with. Maybe in the future, she'll want to see more of the world, but when that time comes, she knows she'll just choose to travel. For now, though, she is genuinely happy and at peace with her life.

Background Info: It's glaringly obvious. Hana looks nothing like her mother, or anyone in the Chiru clan, as a matter of fact. She looks like her father, who impregnated her mother out of wedlock and then disappeared. Her appearance never tragically affected her, but it always reminded Hana that she was a b*****d. Additionally, somewhere out in the wide, wide world, Hana has a twin. A twin she was separated from while not even a month old, who lives with a father even her mother has forgotten. All Hana knows is that her father must have been a shufuku no te, because there are none of that clan in her mother's side of the family: Chiru and Body Sacrifice Sensor. It's a rather strange family situation, and Hana recognizes how it could be seen an unnerving from an outsider's point of view, but to her, it's simply something she's lived with for all her life.
Barring the fleeting and occasional curiosity over the whereabouts and condition of her brother, Hana lives facing forward. Not spending too much time looking back was probably the lesson her mother, a doctor and Hana's eseijutsu teacher, put the most emphasis on. Dwelling on past failures more than what is necessary to learn will do nothing to encourage future success. Remembering bygone successes will only distract attention from the task at hand.
When Hana was young, her mother met another man, and unlike with her father, the two grew to mutually love each other and married. As is the custom, both Hana and her mother took on the name of Hana's new step-father, Im. The three lived happily, and after Hana's mother gave birth to a baby brother for Hana, the four lived happily in their little corner of the world.
Despite learning medical techniques from her mother, neither Hana nor her mother are actual ninjas. They worked in a clinic, and were never expected to set foot on the battlefield. To this day, Hana's mother continues her work as a civilian doctor with the ability to use medical jutsus.
Hana, on the other hand, exhibited a desire to see the world beyond her small village. A cousin from her mother's side of the family had recently moved to serve in a village that made grand promises of changing the world. With her mother's permission, Hana followed that cousin to the newly established Amegakure a few months of her. The original intention was to continue acting as a non-combat doctor, but a variety of misunderstandings, the budding village's desperate need for more combat-able hands, and Hana's own inability to firmly disagree led to her receiving the rank of genin instead of the position of hospital intern.
In the end, all Hana wanted was a role where she could help and heal others. After a calm assessment, she determined that she could to do just that even as a genin. She still doesn't really feel like a shinobi, but she isn't completely unprepared. She's had a little bit of combat training. Be it on the hospital or the battlefield, she will help everyone she can.

• STAGE ONE -- FREE TO (Stat boosts : +1 str/0spd): The basis of the style was the three arrows loaded into different launch-points. The bow essentially launches by using magnetic force, triggered by pressing the buttons on the handle of the crossbow. There are four buttons; the first three launch arrows from either of the three points, and the fourth launches all three arrows at once. It's easy to press the buttons accurately even during heavy combat, because they're on the other side of the handle, where your fingers grip the bow. It's simple enough to just press down on your fingers. The arrows, at this point, move only as quickly as you'd expect from arrows. As a kid, Allister always was observant of everything and everyone around him. He was taught by his parents that revenge is never an option and if anything happens to his parents he would not avenge their death negatively. He made friends easily but never really had a connection to them or anyone except his parents. As an only child, Allister had everything he wanted, plus his parents cherished him like a prince. But one day coming home from the academy, he was told that his parents was ambushed and killed by rogue ninja while on a mission. With no family and no one to love, Allister vowed to live by what his parents taught him, and become a great shinobi.
Allister learned early on how cruel the world can be; however, he didn't let what happen to his parents slow him down on his path to greatness. Allister began reading scrolls on how the world is outside of his village and how many different jutsus and techniques there are in the shinobi world. At that point in his life, Allister decided that he will become powerful and travel the world in an attempt to gain knowledge and power through any means necessary.
