In my last post, I had used Google translate to ask if you knew German.

I recognized the phrase, but beware auto-translators.

The Russian phrase "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak" once translated to "The vodka is good, but the meat is rotten."

I know to not trust those. I only used it for spelling, b/c I've heard that phrase before.

I've heard a funny story about that involving the KFC logo being translated in Japanese.
