The HighTail Cafe

Mika shook her head and walked further into the cafe. She sat at the counter and waited to be served,

Rocky stood up from the table and ruffled Drew's hair, padding off to the bar and putting his apron on
"So, Mika, what'll you be having today?"

The door to the cafe creaked open slowly, and through the opening stepped a tall, slender raccoon, most likely unfamiliar to most.
He turned slowly to close the door, then inconspicuously made his way to a small table, taking a seat by the only patrons he recognized. He unbuttoned his pea coat and draped it over his chair.
"Rockster," He piped up rather quietly, "how's the wife and kids?~" he asked, opening with a joke rather than a greeting.

Looking around some, ears perked to the door opening yet again, the skulf perked up entirely, tail swaying as he dives under the table the coon was sitting at, popping up in a chair next to him in a very inexplicable fashion. "I found a coon!"

Rocky smiled and pads his way ov to the table at wich the raccoon had taken his seat and he Skulf had popped up at.
"They're a mess, Derrik. Wife signed a pre-nup and took half my stuff."
He chuckled and tied an apron around his waist with a chuckle, leaning over the table. "So what brings you back here, stripes?"

The raccoon chuckled softly and smiled, "Well, actually, it's Ixion now. Purely for appearance, I changed it. Derk's so plain, y'know?" He paused to wipe up a little droplet of some kind of liquid left on the surface of the table with the tip of his finger, then sniff at it to identify it. He wasn't very successful. "I figured I'd revisit the place where it all began. See some old faces, hopefully."

*a young wolf approched and looked at the menu. she was really from out of town and was shaking like a leaf.* H-h-hello?

*she nurvously looked around.she felt 'different' wearing her tribe clothes. she wanted to cry almost and waved her paw for a waiter*

*sighs seeing nobody coming and her tail wagged in annoyance the tail stopped when her growling stomach began,she wanted something to eat.*

Velgar walked into the Cafe, wearing his usual attire. He was shirtless, exposing his abdomanal and pectoral muscles, both muscular and scarred. brushing the sweat off his brow he walked up to the counter and spotted a Wolf girl, who looked very confused. He tapped her on the shoulder and asked politely " Hun, can i help you get something?" His voice was a strong southern accent.

*looked up blushing at the strong fox* um anything thats meat please. i traveled a long ways and i havent eaten since the moon festival.

Velgar smiled at her and went around back, ccharming the waitress into it. He made the Wolf girl a roast beef sandwich and a glass of milk, then walked back out to give her the meal, paying for it at the register.

*smiles sweetly* t-thank you so much* begins eating. this was the first act of kindness shes gotten since shes got here.*

My name is..*paused wondering if he would laugh* you promise not to make fun of me sir?

Velgar flashed her a smile and said " No problem sweetheart, i believe in Karma. it will come back to me one day." with that he turned, as if he was going to leave.
