Emi shook her head. "No, he seems to like you...I don't want to ruin that for him..."she said with a small smile. Eiji continued to reach for Levin's ears and made small cooing noises. Hideki smiled until she heard a knock at the door. She left the couple to play with the baby only to be greeted by a guard.
"Miss, your brother has requested your prescence..."The guard said nervously. Hideki looked at him surprised.
"Why on earth would he want to see me..."she said quietly,
"He claims that he has some information for you...I would advise that you dont bring the baby..." the guard responded.The medic nodded and walked back into the room.
"Emi, Levin...something urgent has come up...can you watch Eiji for an hour or so...?"
Kenji smiled. "Anything you make is probably delicious." he said before he took a bite out of the omelette.

"T-thank you..." murmured Drea as she blushed, looking down slightly as she cut off part of her omelette and put it in Shigure's food bowl.
Shigure licked Drea's hand as if to thank her, then buried his nose in his food bowl.

Levin looked at Emi, "I'm sure he won't mind." The werewolf heard the knocking from the door. Wonder who that could be... After a few moments, Hideki came back. "Are you sure? I mean.... Alright, be careful. We'll keep a close eye on Eiji." He looked back at Emi, "Hey, is there something bothering you about Eiji?"

Kenji smiled. "So what are you plans for today?" he asked Drea after he took another bite.
Emi shook her head. "I have a bad trac record with kids..." she said with a faint blush. She signed as she watched Hideki go. "Great...we got stuck babysitting an ice elemental...do you know anything about kids...?" the bounty hunter asked as Eiji pulled some of Levin's hair.
Hideki followed the guard until they reached a small cell that contained Vladimer sitting on a bunk, where his back was proped against the wall. "Leave us." he hissed at the guard. "I only have words met for her ears." he said firmly. He gave his sister an evil smile. "Where is my nephew?I was looking forward to seeing the grandson of Cold Eye." he said after he started laughing evilly.
"He's safe. Now what's so important that you need to tell me?" Hideki asked an annoyed tone. Vladimer smirked.
"Well sister...it appears that my subordinates are nearby and that they are idiots because they can't find me. But...I think they will be here soon, to seize the little elemental..."

Drea shook her head. "...Um,... I'm not sure. I guess we should start trying to fix this house up..."
Rahvine watched as Hideki passed by the house on her way across the ruins to the jail. Mmm,.. Looks like Hideki's still around... I guess she hasn't gone off somewhere with Retsu again after all. ...Granted I don't really know how long we were away but... It was possible she would have gone...

Levin frowned a bit. "Well, there's not much I know about-" The baby pulled on his hair, "Whoooa. Eiji... Erm..." He couldn't have him pull away, so he tickled his belly. "Coochie coo!" For Levin, he never knew how troublesome they could be. But he had some common sense of do's and don'ts at the very least. "See? They're not all that bad." He looked back at Emi, "A bad trac record? I think you would do fine. I don't mean to pry into your baggage, but I don't think you could ever repeat the same mistakes you had in the past, right?"

Hideki griped one of the bars on Vladimer's cell for support. "What makes you so sure?" she hissed. Vladimer merely chuckled at her reaction.
"Well, do you think I am the only one that knew about the son Retsu? There are others, and it's also likely that my men will stumble upon my journal that has a full detailed description of the mission and instructions on what to do in my absence." he said nonchalantly. He watched his sister's eyes widen in shock. "Also your beloved husband has left you and his precious son here. You can't fight and I don't believe your friends are capable of much damage either." Hideki glared at her brother.
"You promised that you wouldn't reveal the village's location."
"That was before the promise was made. Also the location was not in the journal and that the only targets that should be elminated are you and your husband if you choose to fight us. So if I were you I would make sure to enjoy these last moments with your beloved son." Hideki shook her head.
"No! You are wrong! You will not take him away from us!" she shouted.
Kenji smiled. "That sounds easy enough! The first thing we need to fix is that roof."
Emi shook her head. "It's just... I have a tendency to make babies cry." she said with a faint blush. She watched Eiji laugh as he tryes playing with Levin some more. "I wonder if my parents ever played with me..." she muttered quietly.

"Okay..." said Drea nodding. "I-I guess we need to get some boards and st-stuff like that then..." I'm not sure exactly where to get something like that though... I guess we might have to ask that V-Violete woman... but I'd rather stay away from her...

Vladimer smirked. "Relax little sister, that's assuming that they find the journal, which I highly doubt they will, but I just wanted to provide a small warning to you. It only seems fair that I give you some information about the SIN." he glanced over at the guard. "I'm done talking to her."
Hideki stared at Vladimer in disbelief as she walked with the guard away from the jail cell.
Kenji nodded. "We can probably check the marketplace for supplies."

Levin looked at Emi in disbelief. "I don't think that should be the case... I mean... Eiji is not a normal baby, he's an ice elemental. Maybe he could like you if you gave him a chance." Levin's ears twitched as he thought of an idea. "Oh, I know. What if I let you hold onto him?" He moved closer to Emi, passing Eiji to her carefully. "Cradle him like I did. Just this once. I want to see if what you say is true."

Emi looked nervously at Levin and Eiji. "But..."the bounty hunter muttered weakly. She sighed. "Fine...just this once..."she said carefully taking the baby into her arms. Eiji began to squirm and saw Emi with his dark blue eyes for a few seconds. At first it appeared te baby was about to laugh but then his face fell. "Oh no..." Ejji then began to wail at the young woman. "No please don't cry...."she said rocking the baby. "Uh...." she looked around nervously. How could she calm the child down. "Rock-a bye baby..." she started to sing but it only got worse. "..."
Kenji smiled. "Yes, once you are finished we can go." he said with a smile.

Drea quickly ate the last few bites of her omelette. "Okay. I'm finished." said Drea as she put her plate aside.

Levin frowned, "Well... You were off at a good start... for a few seconds. I mean, maybe he's hungry or he... needs to be changed... Try giving him back to me, and let's see if there is a change in reaction. I highly doubt he's going to calm down unless he needs a bottle or something."

Emi nodded. "Are you happy now?" she muttered with a faint blush on her face as she handed off Eiji to Levin. Almost immediately, Eiji began to come down but he was still crying slightly. "I guess...I just scare him..."
Kenji smiled. "Alright, let me clean up the plates..." he said as he took Drea's place and placed it in the sink. "Let's go."
As Hideki walked bak to her house she couldn't help but wonder about the new information that Vladimer gave her. "I can't do this...not on my own..."
