tc_pistols And I'll win with my pvc potato gun lol thing hurts like s**t from a 100 yards away Potato guns are grade 1 stuff. At my age thermite bombs are what I am working on (is 15 xd ) Outer layer is a water bottle inside is another water bottle 1/3 filed with thermite the other is air and the lighter contraption. The outer bottle is one gallon the inner is one liter biggrin The sudden heat of the thermite will cause the water to explode and send thermite flying at you.

Thermite bombs are grade 1 in Anarchy equipment. The other things we were talking about were just things to toy with.

Okay Havok in that case.
The Piston (stage one)
for the piston you are going to need:
> a hot glue gun, and glue.
> Clear sticky tape.
> Grease/oil/ other lubricant
> something to wipe up with as grease will stain.
> Saw.
> and a vice.
> a work area which is suitable for working with heat.
Construction:
>Start by cutting off a small section of pipe. Make sure it has at least one flat end.
>cut off a section of tape and stick it to the pipe as shown.
>grease up the inside edges of the pipe and the tape which is on the inside. this area will form a mould cavity
>now take your hot glue gun and slowly fill the pipe with glue.
>wait until the glue is not fully solidified and yet still firm, and press it out.
** it you did it right it should pop out easily, it not brute force/hot water/ other methods can be used.
P.S. you don’t need the piece of pipe so you can also try cutting it.
The Piston (stage 2)
Now we can proceed to making a surface which will seal the barrel.
for is stage you will need.
>Rubber in sheet form (mine is 2-3 mm thick) an inner tube from a bike may also work, thicker is better
>a sharp knife/ wood chisel/ scissors.
>some form of strong glue.
> scrap piece of wood.
> the piston from stage 1
> clamp/vice
Construction:
>measure and cut out the rubber so that it is slightly smaller than the surface of the piston.
>clean the piston because grease will prevent the glue from working.
>mix up your glue and apply enough so that the rubber can stick to it, but not too much because you don’t want it to flow over your nice clean sliding edges.
>Glue and clamp the two pieces.
> cut a small notch in the side of the piston, only a small one
The fill Vlave.
there are a number of valves you can use for this, a quick connect is one of the better choices. but where i live it will cost me $27.50 for both halves of it.... no thankyou!
i used a schraeder valve.
What you will need for this part:
>a valve.
>a drill with a variety of different bits.
> a vice.
> strong glue.
>something to mount it to. i used a threaded plug.
Construction:
>drill a hole in the end of the plug. for a schraeder you will need an 8 mm hole.
>trim the valve make sure it fits.
>apply glue to the valve and push it into the hole firm the underside and hold
>wait until the valve is secured, then apply glue to the top of the valve where it connects to the plug.
>wait until its dry.
>you are done! easy right?
the trigger.
the trigger is the device which will open and close the piston valve.
I used an old blow gun which i had sitting around and collecting dust.
I did this a while ago and i forget to take a few pictures, My Bad
I basically cut one end off to make it shorter and more workable.
I also had some sort of brass pipe adapter thing (i have no clue what it is called).
Construction:
> So essentially you drill a hole in the plug which is just big enough for the “pipe adapter” to fit.
>glue it into place.
the barrel.
Barrel.
Step 1: decide what size barrel you want. This will be based on the projectile you will be trying to fire.
Step 2: drill the appropriate sized hole in the plug
Step 3: insert the barrel into the hole
Step 4: put the plug into the threaded adaptor.
Step 5: fit the adaptor into the pipe. And insert the piston.
Step 6: adjust the size of the barrel so that the plug is pushed so that there is only a 2-3 cm gap between the piston and the end of the pipe.
Step 7: disassemble
Step 8: glue the barrel into place.
Step 9: fill the plug with hot glue.
Step 10: step 10 doesn’t exist XD
Assembly
Glue everything together using plumbing cement.
make sure you wait at least 12 hrs before pumping any air into it.
so you are done! Right not its a muzzle fed system, and looks quite poor.
And yes I Googled it XD I just wanted to look impressive
