Description:
A young girl strode over to a strange green rabbit. She kneels down with her kitten perched on her shoulder only to learn it is almost dead. He has been kicked out of his den. She caresses the rabbit she has named Grunny in her soft hands. She loves and nurtures him until he is a strong young adult. As much as it hurts her she has to let him go because she knows that Grunny could be carrying the G-virus. As she watches him scamper away with other rabbits she can't help but cry.

This description is based on a real life story about me, except I found a bird, he was blind in one eye, I had him for four months, and let him fly away with his "girl friends" who had befriended him in his cage outside. I will miss Peetree forever but I am glad to know I was able to help him.
