by pressurizing short burst of water he was able to create a big enough hole to eventually escape from

The air around elie started to blur and wave around, changing colors

as elie saw sensei xantos just standing there staring at her, she thought, "something's wrong.. he wouldn't notice me just like that"
"it's way easy this way..."

elie realized she's affected by a genjutsu

The genjutsu warded off around Elie and Mizu broke free of the cage

"hmm....I know what to do!"

levitating the small amount of water above the maze gave me a clear map of the area...
"so thats we're I go....but.....where's elie? did she finish already?!"
I began to run in the direction of the exit paying extra attention to any traps that may be hidden

"good thing i was able to figure that out quickly.."

*sighs and runs again*

*looking for a way out..*

"i must get out fast..."

elie saw mizu running fast and runs towards him too

"figured it out?"

*smiles at him*

elie and mizu were running fast towards the exit...

elie's thinking,"i'm getting tired, and my chakra's low because of all the traps. i must be careful now.."

"this isn't good...my chakra is exhausted and I can hardly gather enough energy to maintain that damn mirror...."
"I'll have to release it"
letting go of the jutsu I went onwards in the direction of a single corridor leading to the exit...
"alright time to use these kunai"
throwing kunai in all directions trying to cut as many wires as possible I tried to maintain a safe distance from the corridor

Mizu hit a tripwire that made a sheet of steel go over the whoel maze, making it unable to see out of it and very dark in the maze

"maybe we should go on ahead now..."
"or should I use the last of my chakra to create one last clone"

looking around into nothingness I quickly made a water clone keeping 10 paces behind him just incase a trap wire hadn't been hit
"lets keep moving forward...theres no way we can go back now"

with a snap of a finger, elie was able to produce light good enough for the path way to be seen..

"now we could move a bit faster but still be concious about the traps.."

The lgiht hit another sensor that trigured more genjutsu...the air waved and their sense of hearing seemed useless
