Well... I've been in one for over a year. I went to visit him this past Feb. Greatest moment in my life, I believe. To finally MEET the person who I feel most.. at peace?... with. When he hugged me, I could have melted. I stayed for two weeks and now working on going back to him... for good. I believe they can work if you and your partner DO care for each other. Made me extremely happy to know that he wasn't interested in JUST sex. (In fact, that was only once. His birthday.)
